So I’m gonna eat my words. Couple videos back I blamed it on the chassis. I did my research and capital race car is the third best chassis out there. Right behind longhorn and rocket. We all know Joseph can drive a car has been proven time and time again but something was off to where he wasn’t comfortable in the car and has fans we were frustrated and blamed it on all sorts of stuff but this whole time they has a team struggled on setup. You can be the best driver in the world and have the best equipment ever but if you can setup the car it ain’t gonna work. That showed tonight. What a blessing it is for fellow drivers step away to help someone else still good people out there. Love to see Joseph find someone full time to help set the car up and this team would be more competitive. Will continue to pray for safety and much more. God bless

Whatever Shane said really showed in the results. Shows how important it is to know how to set up a car. They have the driver and the equipment.. now just need someone who can get the car set

That kind gesture from Shane is what makes him the Superman of the night! Guarantee you the HTF team won’t forget such a kind gesture. Hopefully they can return the favor some day when they have a feather in their back pocket that they can share. I think the best thing from the night that was learned is there’s obviously enough horses under the hood to compete with these guys when the setup in on track. How great was it to not see the other cars blowing by us on turn 2 anymore.

I was never really a Shane Clanton fan but now I am a lot of drivers would never go a help out competition to make them faster that really cool

Just what the HTF team needed to boost their confidence!! You all will slowly get better got to remember alot of these guys have raced at these tracks several times and they got notes to go off of on how to set the car up. If you have notice as the nights go on they start to get faster but by then they have done dug there self to deep to come back from but not tonight. Keep pushing forward HTF 💪 Congratulations

As much airtime as ya'll bring @capitalracecars, you'd think they'd have a whole book of setup info for ya to get some forward bite in the slick.

I'm not so sure it's been a forward bite problem. It looked to me like it was scrubbing speed middle off until tonight. Run to hard and it's tight. Run too deep going in and it looks like it had too much yaw. Tonight the car looks much straighter other than getting tight around half way.

It's a guaranteed fact that you can't win them all, but this is what the HTF Nation has been needing for Joseph to do. He literally drove hard in the corners, found the lines and ran them until it was wore out and then found the other, stayed in the fuel and used the tires up like you should. Very, very, very happy to see this toward the end of this Mid West swing, it was needed! Congratulations!!

14th in points, 15th in payout… not bad not bad… them capital boys sticking together with setups.

Looked good. Joseph really changed his driving style here. 90% on throttle through the corners. Use them tires up.

I watched the video again and watched as Joseph drove it hard into the turns and drove through the car's push to the right. Exciting stuff and if you keep driving like this you WILL WIN. THANKS for the fun.

We love your videos and I wear my HTF T-shirt to the Lancaster Motor Speedway in SC. Excellent video work too. My wife is not a race fan but loves watching because it's family fun.

Im so proud of you guys, its been killing me seeing the 10 car get drove around, because you guys have what you need to run up front even though there are alot of teams that have any and everything they need or want. The hunt the front team has the heart. I guess the best way to describe it is trying to accomplish champagne taste on a beer budget competing with the big teams.

Davenport used his tires up he had nothing left with 10 laps to go, he was pretty much on slicks, a few more laps Joseph would started fallen off more, that's the problem with big motors

Winfield, TN here love seeing y'all parked by Marlar cause I'm always cheering for both of y'all. It's cool to see how much has changed since I started watching HTF from racing every weekend at Southern Raceway to racing at Gondik Law speedway in Superior, Wi.

HUGE step in the right direction, no going backwards now. Just keep refining that chassis set-up to work out how to make it work for the driver, not the driver working for the car. Bit like breaking the 5 min mile, once you done it you wonder why it was so hard to get there, but it's so easy now. Enjoy the breakthrough and now you'll really be able to Hunt The Front !!!!! It's great to see Joseph finally commit to the middle/top groove and use all that horsepower. I've only been watching HTF for about 5 months but I've noticed that anytime they have the conditions to get off the bottom he's far more competitive. Davenport couldn't pass Joseph running the bottom and you know he has plenty of steam under the hood. Keep those RPMs and momentum up and it's obvious HTF has plenty of motor and good enough equipment to run with these guys. Get after them fellas!! You're making FL race fans proud!!
