    I used this for a 30 min nap. Sleep is tough for me, especially daytime naps. It was the longest I have ever napped using a meditation. Usually I wake up at 15 minutes. If someone hadn’t messaged me at 24 minutes I feel certain I would have slept the whole time. Thanks very much. I was really tired and needed that.

    This is delicious for my taste, thank you for this wonderful meditation. When I see blue , purple, yellow, green and white colors when doing a meditation is fantastic. I love it.

    Second time I tried to use this then I did not get to fall asleep. I think the music in the background that kind of has that flow to it where it goes down and up. I think maybe that is why... But you have a very relaxing voice and I appreciate the effort.. I DO Feel better even though I didn't sleep

    Maybe consider a slower backing track? Was good voice but background music was more energy than relax.
