Step 1: Preparing posture

Step 2: Get the momentum
To gain momentum and to hit the ball quickly or slowly, depending on the drop of the ball. If the volleyball is passed at a low drop, the time to gain momentum is faster and the high volleyball takes the momentum more slowly.
The angle of taking the momentum depends on the ability of the smasher, normally we will run 1 to 4 steps momentum and pop the ball.
Step 3: Stomp the dance
When moving to the last step, we will start to stomp. When stomping, someone jumped on one leg and danced on both feet.
In order to stomp effectively, at the last step, the player must put the heel at the last step, put the foot on the ground, or the foot is equal and the body is leaning back, the knees are bent, lower, the heel strength is increased. toes and then turned on.
The foot jumped up, combined with the hands hitting backwards and when the foot was fully bent, the hand hit the ball perpendicular to the ground.
Step 4: Smash the ball
When the ball is struck, the hand-thrower is lifted high and close to the ear, facing outwards, stretching the arm and wrist folded. Combine a straight, straight-forward body (knees straight) for strength to smash the ball. Usually the ball is hit at a height higher than the head, in front of the distance about 10 to 15cm.
