The valve attachment for the female garden hose fitting does not fit. It's a finer thread. Product unusable as sent.

Would the small or medium handle a turkey as well? I raise 25-50 chickens and 6-10 Turkeys a year.

Depends on the size of the turkeys. 12-15 I would probably go large for the smallest size

Looking at the XL for turkeys. Will it work effectively for a 40+ pound turkey?

YES! We have the XL and can put 2 turkeys in it!

Have you ever tried to pluck a rabbit with it?
