Hi there, the sides of the handle have a black piece on both sides that slides up , slide both up for an easy fold . I hope this helps .

Hi Kaashiefah, the eggshell is for babies from 6 Months and up , the stroller does come with a basenet for babies 0 to 6 months.

Hi Busi , it a bit hard to explain but I'll try. The bassinet material goes inside the eggshell and you zip the two shells together with the bassinet material inside.

Do you think this stroller can be used up to 4 yrs as stated on the description on amazon? I saw another utube the baby only 1 yr old that shows the legs was about to same Length as the leg area so want to make sure. Thanks much

Hi Ofentse , the stroll comes with bassinet for new borns. The eggshell would be dangerous for a new born as the strips are too big and newborn are not meant to seat up.

Can you kindly hook me up with where you bought the stroller insert? Preferably online

Hey Marcia , first please ensure your front wheels aren't set to straight only. You can check the sides of the wheels theres a button that goes in and out. Secondly adjust the handle according to you height, I find that in certain areas my stroller jams because i don't have proper control. I hope this helps

Hi there , the eggshell has zips on the sides . Unzip the eggshell, the bassinet is inside

Love the review, is baby able to sit up straight for when they a bit older or does it stay reclined?

Hi Shanelle , yes baby can sit up straight. My baby is now 8 months and I use that position in restaurants instead of a high chair. The catch is that you can only get the sit up straight position if the sit is not facing the person pushing the stroller.

@@sicolilem thank you so much for this, I saw someone review on takealot that they couldn't get it to sit up straight, I think they just never figured out how and I am so in love with this stroller and that was a deal breaker, so happy that this is the case now I can still get it, thank you again! 😁
