Strike The Colours hail from Glasgow, Scotland. Centred around singer Jenny Reeve and featuring members of Idlewild, Take A Worm For A Walk Week, Emma Pollock and Alisdair Roberts' bands, they are gearing up for the release of second album, Seven Roads on the 28th September 2009. Breathing Exercise is taken from this forth-coming album and can be downloaded as a single from Itunes here:

Strike the Colours - the greatest thing related to East End Music Club
Lovely song! I heard it on the BBC's Lip Service and searched for it for ages. I suggest that you should get the lyrics up on the web somewhere - even in the video description here on KZread would help - because this song is really hard to find, and a lot of people will be looking for it.
