During the Third Shinobi War, the Iwagakure village gave a flee-on-sight order to their shinobi in the event that they encounter Strider Hiryu on the battlefield or whenever Minato Namikaze called in sick. Strider is a mutherfriggin beast!

Strider has way to many tricks and tools for Guy. But I love ninja vs ninja fights. Mai shiranui vs ibuki would be good.

It has been rumored that Guy's martial arts master Zeku (a playable character in Street Fighter V) would eventually create the Striders ninja group, and that Hiryu here is actually a 3rd generation Strider. But I don't know how cannon any of this is.

They hinted that Guy's master (Zeku in SF5) may be the 1st Strider. So there may be some legitimacy to your observation

On paper, this isn’t even a fair fight. Guy is my favorite Street Fighter character, but Hiryu outclasses him significantly. He has too many options, his gear alone is too powerful (robotic drones that shoot lasers, robotic panthers, robotic eagles, cypher blade cuts thru everything, etc), and he fights foes that Guy can’t compete with, let alone hurt. Even Hiryu’s physical capabilities (speed, most of all) would be too much for Guy.

It's a bias fight the other one is holding a weapon which give him greater advantage while the other one is using his bare hands and feet.
