I hit a really low point in mental health yesterday, and I was absolutely exhausted by the stress of breaking down. So much so that I’m not at school. I’m starting to feel a little more like myself. Thank you for this. Edit: Thank you to everyone for such kind replies. I am doing much better than I was when I initially made this. I’ve been learning to manage stress, been eating healthier, just generally working for a better me. I still have terrible days, but I promise that it does get better. Just allow yourself to live a little. You have time.

I'm not a weed smoker and I am a Chinese guy. When I listen to Reggae and told them I like Reggae.. Lots of people will laugh at me and tease me did I smoke weed, why I don't change my hairstyle to dreadlocks hairstyle.. I ignored those hypocrites because for me, live life to the fullest. You everyday go work doesn't mean you like your job right.. Reggae 4EVER! Jah Bless you all!!

Rasta is good I wasn't alive in the past to mitigate any of the downpressors vampire ways. I am for universal complete equality for everyone across the board period. Just don't look to big gov for it cause they got thier own private interest and there are a lot of good apples in the majority they drag through the mud. Positive vibes, hold your self and others as equal regardless of color, class, sex, whatever. That's a path of peace and least stress. Stay blessed!

I'm 56 and playing this music to my grown up kids who love old skool reggae. The memories that go with this music, the golden era of reggae when noone wanted to be gangsta, everyone wanted to be a rastafarian . Times was hard none of the materialistic goods we all have now. No institutional racism but real racism when people in England would call you a nigger to your face and think nothing of it . Still I prefer them days to these days .
Love this playlist! I’m a white 67 yr old grandmother. I have been listening to Reggae music since the 1970s. It was listening to this music that I first learned of Nelson Mandela, it was called Free Nelson Mandela. In 2018, I was fortunate enough to travel to Hawaii, and to my delight, Reggae was played all over the island!❤️

I will never forget this playlist, when I first decided to listen To the genre music of reggae This was the first playlist I ever listened to I’ll never forget the First Time I heard Peter tosh on here I was Confused on who this man was and what he was singing about I could hear clearly what he was saying but was confused but I didn’t change the song I kept listening and I didint realize the Mystic man was stimulating and Breaking the slumbering mentality I had he opened my eyes and the lyrics Of the Mystic spoke to me ✨ “I’m a man of the past, I’m living in the present and I’m walking in the future, I’m a Mystic Man.”
You got me with forever loving Jah! Deep bass grooves let's go!
Who is still listening in July 2020! Big up !!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you want Truth. Look at yourself and see how blessed you are. Do not compare your life or wish for better. What you have now is enough even if it does not feel like it. Bad things are gonna happen and you should be glad. It teaches you and then you will know what happiness truly is. Try your best even if you don't know what you are suppose to do. Learn as well no one has the true answer. We can't understand why life is but enjoy what it is. There is beauty everywhere as long as you look for it. And the biggest truth try and do. You will never have a story if you think about what you will do, instead of doing it. Have a good day and smile Edit: May 21st 2019 Thank you for all of the comments and people who were inspired. I am very humbled. I didn't think this would ever see this level of attention but I am very happy about it.

ReggaeEli down my way back in the 80s the retort to your words of age weary acceptance, is tru say, encountering different cultures in our multicultural society and realising that a wrongun is a wrongun and there is no other way , they lie to us and we know we are being fucked but we get on with it , cause you never know when cramp will set in, roots reggae weekend for me peace and love rum and goodness to you all.

Yah man. One ting bout life, it has the potential to bring out of you what you neva knew about you n also what you learn is that you cant be selfish with what you learn... If you gain wisdom share the wisdom, if you learn what not to do teach dem youth dem what not to do. You live n you learn and then you give life. Amen to the most high God.
