I think they all know the company that Lisa comes from is extremely difficult to be accepted into and even more difficult to debut under. So for anyone who debuted in YG, JYP, or even SM; their words carry weight. Advice from them is essentially advice from their own training.

lisa hasn’t raise her voice but look how scared they are... it just means that lisa comments have a huge impact in them. They can take it in a positive or in a negative way. But as for me, Lisa is just honest, because if not how they would be able to improve theirselves? they are in a survival show where in there’s a lot of competitors and more talented than them but as lisa said “If you can’t do it, you can go home” and the words that made the most impact to me is when she said “There is nothing scary about naturally talented people, but what most scary is those people who work hard”

Yeah, the way her comment affected snow kong a lot when she said that snow's confidence is dissappearing. Then on another class, she complimented snow kong that she's regaining her confidence back cause she did well, snow kong told her that she really wanted lisa to praise her so she did her best and made progress. It's for the trainees' sake that she's being strict.

No one is noticing how lisa is being strict, no one is hating her the comments are all blankly defending her against nothing, you guys wonder why she gets hate and its because comments like these are very opinionated and bound to start arguments. If the haters have learnt their lesson and have put it behind them why do you guys still continue using lisa being strict as an excuse to make others defend and pity her. Its like the Jennie lazy scandal people still unfortunately use it to hate on her when its in the past, that's just like how you guys want everyone to pity lisa and defend her for being strict even when that issue is not even relevant anymore. Lisa may be strict (she’s not rude though), but she’s trying to help everyone get better and to learn. If she’s all bubbly and silly, people won’t always take her seriously. It’s great to have funny and fun moments, but it won’t always get the job done. Lisa cares about everyone and believes in everyone as well, especially in the end. Lastly, she’s a mentor, not a babysitter.

Lisa is actually a great teacher if you really think about it. If she wasn't as straightforward, the girls would slack off. Lisa did not yell at them, nor did she insult them. She gave a compliment first, before giving advice which is what I believe every teacher should do, even if it may seem scary. I would've broke down too, but I wouldn't break down because lisa hurted my feelings, it would be because I felt that I should've tried harder.

The fact that all the trainees look forward on Lisa's comments, and do their best to impress Lisa.. really reflects how they look up to her as an inspiration of talent, amd hardwork. All the best trainees, you are all glowing, and improving everytime we watch ywy, keep it up until you're back to the norm. All your international audience are really entertained, and inspired at the same time.

The fact that the trainees want to impress Lisa shows that they know Lisa is genuine with all her comments. They know for sure that Lisa doesnt sugarcoat and really point out things that needs to be fix. Lisa's strictness shows that she cares and the trainess all knew that, which is why they take in all her advice&comments - LISA IS A GOOD MENTOR 😊

Which she shouldn't have done. You don't make excuses when your group's performance is that bad. Did you think the other trainees in the other groups have it easy? Xiaotang and Aria Jin were having difficulties keeping up with their dancing and singing but they practiced a lot to keep up. Lisa just pointed out the obvious.

They aren’t hating on anyone , those haters blew things out of proportion , calling out Lisa on their idols Instagram fan accounts on twitter , Lisa got lots of hate for doing her job and something done with nothing but good intentions. Those were the immature and toxic fans of other k pop idols who find it sexy when their idols act tough but when Lisa did it , she was rude , unprofessional and everything . Tongtong Huang Tongtong Huang few eps is not a few month , do you even watch the show ? There are two eps aired weekly !!! The fans have a reason for being defensive , they are not doing it without reasons , they are being cautious and trying to spread awareness . They don’t want Lisa to be criticised again and I see nothing wrong with that . All I see is them praising Lisa’s professionalism and constructive criticisms. Lisa is strict but still very compassionate on delivering what she wants to say not to mention the language barrier. Crying really does help to release some burden inside but at some point crying won't help to improve the dance but hard work. It will not change the fact.

Because people who hate her just pick a clip that doesn't even show the real ep where she do and did a great job mentoring the trainees. This is a defense mechanism for blinks. They made a comment before antis shows up and call and says bad things to her.

The mentors are only here to ‘guide’ them but at the end of the day their improvement is still up to them. If you are willing & determined then you’ll achieve your goal. Few examples are Lu Keran, she wasn’t as good as this at the beggining but look she made a break through bc she’s hardworking af. Xiaozhai & Joey Chua too. They’ve improved their singing. Yu Shuxin whom i disliked at the beginning proved me wrong. She keeps improving and improving. Shows how strong willed this woman is and i salute her for that

This is not that strict, she was just pointing out that they need to do better, in the most possible polite way. I can see she was so careful didn’t want to say things too harsh. She’s their dance mentor she can’t just say nice things all the time that would be very irresponsible.

Every strictness looks softer when Lisa smiles.
