@@7249xxl Currently working on a few train related projects (one being released next week). In the crane department I have once started a Spierings city boy, however the crane setup for that prooved to be very complicated to pull off with stretchy Stormworks cable physics even more so than this MK88. Not sure if I will finish it but out of all cranes this is probably the most likely one to come out. A rail crane for use with our new TC v2 train control system is also planned but not yet started.

It's a shame you're limited by the stormworks engine, I know that crane irl and it would absolutely snatch that boat out of the water. I actually planned on making the exact crane you did but I'm brand new to the game and after seeing the complexity of your crane I'm having second thoughts lol

that’s called crab walking when u steer side ways like that it’s actually all wheel steering tho

The sideways drifting is caused by mirror mode, with the "suspension" pieces. The cause of that is the pieces glitching out from mirror mode, to the point where they look super weird (and don't fit into itself correctly)

The drifting is crab steering mode. A feature of the real crane that allows to to fit into small places.

Frantic, you switch the Mag All for a small connector, load this onto the landing ship from last week, take it out to sea, and retrieve an anchor!!!....or us it to lift a fire truck to put out a fire from a great height. :P

@@FranticMatty Ummm, in my novice opinion, stable enough to get a great video out of it. I'm sure Camodo and Spycakes or Spanner and Endo would be up for such a feat. It's just a matter of whether or not the game is optimized enough to handle such monstrosities all at once. Just thinking of ways to turn things up to 12 for you.

because of how they allow wires and ropes to stretch, it's not possible to make a heavy lift crane with winches, ive had to use tracks and pivots for large cranes

I operate a MK88 in real life, it can lift 8 tons in the back and 1750kg at the end.

load a ship with a deep cargo hold; something that takes finesse, not brute strength.

I am happy becuase i dont have to go to school for 1 week

In hindsight could have lifted the control cab when it was hitting the light instead of rotating the other way

When the cabin was turning the crane he could have just lifted the cabin over the pole

U have a great capacity lifting over the rear. But this crane doesn’t lift that much.

Do you mean loading in workshop creations into career mode? That'd be a check list. 1. Is your game in the same setting as the creation (easy or advanced)? 2. Have you researched and unlocked the parts needed to create the vehicle? and 3. Do you have enough money to spawn it in with a build area large enough to allow it? It's the same as creative mode, just that (by default) you don't have fuel spawning in, you have to research/find additional parts, and you have to purchase everything. So you have to start crappy and work your way up. It's always fun to load in to a career game and the first mission they throw at you is "Retrieve Ice Samples" or "Capture Sharks"........

@@steeljawX Well yes, loading at the workbenches. I got the game and in career mode I don't know how to get vehicles. Can you tell me how. It is confusing with whatever game currency is.

"Leibherr", is pronounced like laybor i think. (Looked it up, it's pronounced "Lee-BEAR".)

I don't know where and what you looked up, but it is pronounced "Leeb-Her" with "her" part a bit more like HERE, than HER. It's German. If you see a letter - you need to pronounce it. With little to none exceptions. And there's most definitely not any single bear in there.
