You absolutely have to eat raw garlic and honey if you're going to treat yourself at home. And continue for 5days after you feel better

@@NurseSarahJeffries I thought people were crazy years ago when my family first tried it. But it was the only thing that got my eldest daughter off the merry go round of antibiotics ever single year. I even got her tonsils and adenoids removed at a pretty young age. My other 3 children just got over it as well for their first time ever getting it. Same method.

@NurseSarahJeffries allicin is the active ingredient in garlic which puts your immune system into shock. When garlic is cut up and oxidizes for 10 minutes allicin is activated. It's highly effective antiviral, bacterial, microbial, etc...garlic is a medicine.
