Rest interval is on page 19. Main 120-180 sec supp 60-90 sec superset 90-120 sec.
Joe has been my personal online coach for years as well as I’m A CPPS coach. Strength coach and athletic trainer that trains over 40 athletes a week, I’ve done this exact program from him and implement many exercises and training within my program for athletes. All the rest period is in the intro of the program. Defranco has more records with elite athletes than anyone next to Mike Barwis. I think they know how to build a program.

They sure do which is why it's one of the best programs I've reviewed. And yes, the rest intervals are in the app now (I talked to Smitty and he wasn't aware that you could put them in the actual exercise). Thanks confirming what was confirmed in this video

Best program on the market. I’ve never gotten results like I have from TFS. Rest periods are always in the main description. Joe D and Smitty are always very engaged in the forum if anybody has questions. I learn a lot from these reviews though.

What's TFS?
looks like the rest periods were mentioned in the main session instructions as opposed to individually in the exercise instructions.

Good to know. I'd still prefer to put them with the exercise (which is how many of other programs like mine do in the TH app that you'll see on future reviews), but even still this is an outstanding program!
Could you review mtntough fitness. They focus on back country hunting and mindset.
Could you review a Brian Alsruhe program? I like his focus on conditioning but the volume seems quite high and I would love your feedback
