Owen should've gone through. Cockiness is when someone is overconfident, but he was nervous & that's why he was that way. Red shirt Australian judge is the exact reason why people avoid the business.

Owem should have gone through. Yes he was a little tough on the judges but they didn't judge his talent, they judged their personal feelings about his personality. Take him through and speak to him about his personality and hope he comes around. He DEFINITELY HS TALENT.

Loved the honesty of the first guy who wrote thoses words from his personal expérience ❤ it's quite dificult to go through this and to find the courage to tell your own story in front of a crowd. Respect to you Bro 🙏💪😌

Australian audition was extremely great, that guy just said he was singing to the audience like so he wouldn't think about being nervous. And he was absolutely amazingly powerful and his sound had a very big WOW from me. Judges are to judge on talent only, that talent is what folks bring to be judged on. He was NOT TREATED FAIRLY..

Who says they judge on talent only, they clearly do not. The whole thing is a show, the back story, the drama, the act all of it. The guy was as much a douche as the judges, maybe that one line was taken wrongly, but the whole of it was just ick. I mean come on, his snarky "maybe I have a bad attitude" as he huffs off..

RE: the Australian judges around Owen Campbell...... Admittedly I was not there AND this clip looks alot like the needs of the judges came well before the purpose and the resources utilized for the purposes of providing for talent to be seen. I saw the judges demanding to be seen themselves at the expense of the performer.......

OMG the Freedom Singers gave me goosebumps and tears in my eyes! The lead singer has the most beautiful voice! They all have great voices and I really loved the performance! 🎉😊❤

Basically, his attitude toward them pi55ed the people who could help further his entertainment career. I don't know how Owen has come along since this audition, but I'm not particularly mindful to go look!

@@daedalus7677 I just googled him and he seems to be doing fine, though he might not be as famous as he probably wanted to be. I think if he went through, he would have definitely achieved higher.

These auditions made me emotional these people had difficult life beening homeless. Music was best therapy for them when they were stress. These artists are amazing singers. They deserve to become successful singers and have better life.😢😮🎤

I've been forced into a houseless life and my truck & tools have been stolen in a city 225 miles away from my hometown. I survive without my belongings and the police do nothing to assist or recover any of the property I owned. Thank you for the inspiration In your songs. My smile shows my teeth were stolen also but it hides my sorrow and pain.

Amen all of them and that homeless choir was great not just ththe suoer soulful dynamic of the lead but all of them I'venever been homeless I do have struggles they sang deep into me I can be sensitive and music easily speaks to me but this was so moving and deep on a diff level perhaps partially the story interesting song choice I get it I seen another homeless choir on 1 of these shows I think a member requested me on sm nit sure and didnt feel I knew enough aboutthem i had wanted to havethem on my podcast if I could find their actual website ?? maybe I could have them on what a special and honour that would be

I hope those Aussie Judges realized the life they affected with the first performer. They hurt a heart with so much skill and natural talent. GOD given. Prayerfully he is doing well.😢❤❤❤

Wow the Australian Judges had chips on their shoulders. Owen’s humor mixed with a smidgen of nerves rub them wrong from the first syllable. Personally , I saw nothing mean in Owen’s start. But the Judges got their panties in a not. I’m not an Ozzie, this Zo don’t know the judges who I will never remember. But I won’t be forgetting Owen. Need better judges.

I can't believe how awful the judges were to the guy from Australia. Even if he was cocky. They should of taken into consideration what his life had been like. I can understand how and why he was like that,it's just a hard skin he's had to put on to protect himself. Im quilty of the same thing. His thing is music and mines tattoos.

I'm sorry but the Australia judges are ridiculous.... The competition is based on who people like and they clearly liked him. Their problem was that he didn't kiss their asses when he came out. And rather than just judging him on his actual talent they felt entitled to someone feeling like to be there when really he worked at his talent to be there

Unfortunately people don't understand because they never been through it personally and tbh I know what it's like to be looked down up on for asking for 25 cents for hot water or people looking down on us for hiding in the bathrooms of city hall just to stay warm... I'm from the states and I thought we had special snowflakes here. The Australian judges, (especially to guy on the left of the screen), were above and beyond ridiculous to Owen Campbell. I don't understand how they got so offended. Even if it wasn't their type of humor/banter, the guy wasn't being malicious, and he did, (unnecessarily), apologize. Also, I wasn't aware this was a congeniality contest. It's been well known and documented for decades that many singers/entertainers are purposely nasty, and terrible people. I would not consider this man to be of that ilk, even in the slightest. Something should have been done to correct this travesty. Also with the last guy, why was the one judge harping on confidence. The guy was far from a scared puppy, and the talent is there,....so what's the issue. Is this a thing, (so to speak), with some of the Australian judges?

THE TWO JUDGES WERE HAVING A "POWER TRIPPING" AGAINST OWEN. THE GUY IS COCKY BUT HE APOLOGIZED. AND THE WOMAN JUDGE WAS ACTING AS IF SHE IS THE MOTHER OF THE CONTESTANT. AND THE OTHER MALE JUDGE, HE WAS INSECURED AND DECIDED TO DO A LECTURE INSTEAD OF CHALLENGING THE PERSON TO BE GOOD.

I think Owen should have been given a second chance with the clear message he had to humble himself a bit. I can’t help feeling his attitude was to cover his nerves anyway. If he hadn’t got that name wrong it may have gotten off to a better start.

The Judges were too heartless when judging Owen Campbell. I bet that many of the contestants on the show "block out" the Judges from their minds, and sing solely to the Audience. They just Don't say it. So, it was wrong to judge Owen on his nerves and his comments, INSTEAD of on HIS TALENT!
