This song touches close to home..My daugther was a very sick child and this song always reminded me of her...God heard our prayers and I still have her...I praise him for lending her to me for the time we have....

My nanny listened to this song when I had drowned and whether you guys believe it or not, I died from drowning and they called the ambulance and they sent a helicopter and aired me. I am here surviving making great grades in school and having an occupation to be a lawyer. When I listened to this I cried because I'm very blessed and thankful.

My son was blood cancer at 7yrs old.. me and my wife listen every day .

My son was born with major hearts problems five years ago. I almost lost him then and one more time in 2007. I was lucky, the Lord let me keep him. But this song always makes me think of him and where he would have been if the Lord had taken him. My prayers and thoughts go out to those that have lost love ones this song says it all.

My mom told me that every time this song came on the radio, she'd cry because she didn't want to lose me. I born almost 4 months early. I was so small, I couldn't breathe, eat, or move on my own. I'm so happy that I lived this long.

I am listening to this song i lost my first cousin from multiple organ failure she was 57 i am ten years younger and I was heart broken i got a call a day before she died and now u blame myself i was able to say my final goodbyes to her as she was fighting for her life shortly after i was thinking of taking my own life because I was so angry with myself but i was asked by the family to do that so thank you for posting this and my god bless each and every one who is dealing with this kind of pain

we almost lost my little sister when she was 7. This song reminds me of that time, I am so grateful that we have god. She was sent to the childrens hospital and they saved her life. My sister is now a beautiful 17 year old. Ten years later we love listening to this song and praying for others that go through this same thing.

This was the song for my dad and I. When I was 7 I had to go under a heart surgery that was still fairly new at the time. He would play this song every day leading up to my surgery. I lost him when I was 12 and I can’t help but cry whenever I hear this song

My mom played and sang this to me every night while I was in the hospital when I was 7 years old I am soo blessed to be out of the hospital and be a healthy 16 year old who absolutely loves this song and cries every time she listens to it!!

Mother's love for her child, she begged for her child life. But still trust God's will. Its really hard to be a mom specially when your into this kind of situation. I'm not yet a mother but I feel how it hurts to loose someone so dear. 😭

2023 and woke up from a dream that reminded me if this song, i forgot about this song for years since i first heard it, i was 6 or7 singing along not knowing what this song means.. now I'm crying for coming back and listening to it again. this is a masterpiece!

My mom lose her first child 30 years ago. And even today, she still remember him and I know sometimes she hides that she's crying and she would go to my brother's grave and stay with him for a bit, bring him toys and flowers. And I'm a suicide survivor. I learned the hard way. It made me realize that I could hurt her even more if I would do it. So as long as she lives, I will stay with her and continue this life she had given me. I'm forever thankful.
