I am not a very good cook. But seeing your recipe I felt like giving it a try. It really tasted delicious. Even for me it was difficult to believe that I cooked it. A very big THANKS to you for helping people like us with very easy recipe who don't know how to cook. After making paneer momos, I tried your garlic bread recipe as well which turned out awesome. The crispness in the garlic bread was same as we get in the restaurant. I have become a big Fannnnn of your recipes😊. Thanks once again and keep up your good work.

You can use soya, or just skip paneer and increase veggies ammount.

For what purpose u're placing cabbage leaves before steaming
