    All of this goes to show how far ahead of the curve Ryan Martin has been from the start. He won 2 championships with TT’s saw the writing on the wall and switched to pro charger power AFTER winning a championship. This year he tried screw blowers, decided the PC was more consistent and went back.

    Just let the twin turbo cars only run the 36” tire all other cars would stay on 34 might even the playing field

    @@zokwandamayise1922Or maybe add weight to the non-turbo combos. It gets expensive trying to lighten a car.

    I was the one protesting that all the turbo cars should get the 36 in tire , but it should’ve been just for the turbo cars so that they don’t all dissapear from the fleet ! Glad to see that all my posts on everything made it to someone who can change the rules tho !! Hopefully the turbo cars can show up now

    Lutz gto never ran a 36 was always on a 34.5. Rankins car may not fit a 36. Who would it help. Birdman and reaper?

    I agree...nobody wants to see the same setup over and over. Turbos and nitrous cars have to stay alive and they currently need help from the rules committee! I hope they see this video!

    Npe doesn't care about have all power adders represented, all you can do is add weight to the blower/procharger cars to slow them down to be equal to a turbo car. Not sure how much weight would make them equally closer. Is there a drive ratio in a procharger? Know they are limited on size, but is there a ratio like a screw blower.

    Yes there is. You could limit drive ratio on Procharger and take overdrive away from the Screw Cars to make them run slower.

    Screw blown cars already got a weight adjustment per Murder Nova if I heard correct? I say let twins get a break & run 36 inch tires.

    They went with a smaller tyre to slow the cars down. They weren’t trying to help anyone. They will never go back to the bigger tyre

    They probably had to change the name for legal reasons. Guessing the NPK name might be the property of Discovery/Pilgrim.

    It should be same tire for everyone. Thats the equalizer. Just like running a 28 inch class. You don't change for one certain power adder or another. That crazy. Just make your car faster period.

    Other no prep racing has no problem running twin turbos with smaller tires. I think it would be a mistake to go to 36 in. tires. Then they would be just another NHRA racing scheme then.

    It doesn't matter if those left don't have a Noonan 4.9, PJS 4.9, or PLR MH7, let them give Chris Rankin a 100-pound deduction for the 481X, and only the turbo cars Dominator, Birdman, Reaper etc. use the 36" tall tire to see if they do anything, otherwise, it is BS to change the rules now, the only two with the potential to win with the Turbos this year switched to the Procharger. Daddy Dave and Scott Taylor.

    so what you are saying is the pro charger cars will be faster, the screw cars will be faster and the turbo cars will be faster on 36s. so the turbo cars will still ne on the bottom. if only the turbo guys got 36 in tires maybe that would help. but lutz has always been on the 34s...

    If it was 1320 feet they would be fine. But 660ft turbos aren't great at 60ft or 330ft.

    NHRA changes rules all the time. They just dont make a big deal about it usually. Can go back a few weeks ago to prostock contravrsy over the intake changes.

    It's just pretty much a proven fact there ain't no place for turbos on in NPK they can't compete they couldn't compete with the 36 inch tire they can't compete with any Tire

    If they dont do something with the turbos to make them more competitive they are gona run them out of big tire no prep its gona end up a blower fest.

    Until People in these series realize the Fueltech in comparison is a cheap Ecu and doesnt have the functionallity to control turbos very well. This assign Process of just appying dome pressure to control boost doesnt work well. The new egate process is better but still missing fineite ablity to control boost spikes on spool up.
