So this is basically a two card Montey trick. I know people are saying it look obvious but when you perform it to spectators they are usually focused on the cards in their hand, and if your good at diverting attention away from your hands, people rarely see the switch, at least from experience. Nice Tutorial!
Man dude you got me when u done it the first time i was amazed and imma watch all ur vids thanks.
I just want to put my 2 cents on this trick. It's a great little street magic trick and ultimately it's all misdirection. This isn't the only way to do the trick. There are other sleight of hand methods. Ultimately, it breaks down to how good your misdirection is. This is an amazing trick when done right. Kudos to the poster for being brave enough to show the hands only.
Wow I can't believe I fell for it the first time.you are really smooth!
dude your awesome i learned so many magic tricks you changed my life thank you
seems simple enough...thanks for the tip nice to seem someone on youtube that actually helps and just goes around putting people down
Love it, man. definitely going to practice this one.
i already knew this trick,i've also seen it performed by david blaine too in his street magic special and this is a killer effect...you have done a great performance too and a great tutorial also...nice job man!!!
So amazing! Don''t forget to send to me some more if you have new ones. Thank you very much for the revelation of the tricks.
gurrrrreat! :D i laughed so hard at the power you have over the spectator! simply great! bring magic back to the world and make the people BELIEVE! that's how to save the world!
Just wanted to say "thank you". So few "magicians" recognize that there is a difference between "simple principle" and "simple execution". You point this out early and should be commended for it. There are no "easy" magic tricks. They all require time and dedication prior to public performance. Thank you.
I love tricks like these with a surprise ending
I saw when you pulled out the second card but I was still amazed, that there were 2 aces. :D Nice.
simple yet amazing trick, thank you so much (:
first time i saw it at the beggining, i manage to notice the second card switch you did, but i didn't notice the first one :P awesome trick, thnx mate :D
congrats!!...its a really cool trick
I have always been fascinated by the amount of "wannabe" glurge that magic postings on KZread attract. It had almost become s universal truth that if you get highly personal criticism of your video you must be doing something right. Such is the case here. You have presented an easily understood tutorial video. Nice work.
Awesome! Thanks a lot !
Beast mode guy right there learned 3 awesome tricks off of him thanks dude :)
@jtibo1 great switch...ive performed this trick to a lot of friends family and just random people but the card switch is the hardest part for me not to get noticed im going to try your way in switching it seems a little slicker and smoother
That Was cool. I showed it to a live a Audience and they loved it
That trick is AMAZING!!!!
cool! That is one of the best tricks I have ever seen!!!!!!! B)
awsome vid dude!!
holy this is awsome!
AWESOME my godness the best card trick
AWESOME TRICK
Really good trick
its really simple ...and it have a killer effect :D seriously ...I did it to my bro and he was like :O ....Thanks a lot again :)
@theconkernator for flourishes and handling yes. But have you tried them?
this is a good trick no mater how many time i show people they still cant figure out how i did it :) good trick
im gonna use this in my next show
Suggestion, hand over hand shuffle just before you ask them to turn the 2 cards over. This way you'll be able to say they're buried in the deck s/where, OR control the 2 cards to the bottom which would be awesome too! Almost like 2 tricks in one that way ;)
Thanks man that's great
Could you put a tutorial on how to do that move before you started your video when you flipped all the cards over then back over
amazing + easy
can you do the tutorial for the other card trick that you have done in the street magic video?
Can you tell me the name of your 2th card trick in your street magic video pls i love that trick.
you are awesome!!!!
cool dude.
awesome
The top change is simple. as you take the card move in closer to the spectator to engage there attention, and move back to disengage them so they feel more at ease. That's when they let there guard down, and that's when you make the switch.
Hey so I'm having a lot of trouble establishing the pinky break any advice?
I saw all of yours videos ,so can you put them more ??
@TheMagiccam Thanks! We'll see later on down the road what happens! Ya never know! ;-)
good 1 !!
nice trick
Thanks!
I'm having trouble getting the pinky break any advice?
nice~
What deck are you using?
is that not the swapping aces or so by david blane ??
EPIC
i saw the top change when you did the trick. But cool trick thanks
nice
what is the second trick called
you my friend gained a sub
awwwwsome!!!!!!!!!
thx brillant tutorial :)
woa how'd you do that?
TIP...instead of doing a strange looking triple lift you can put one of the black aces on bottom of the deck. There is MORE than ample misdirection to do a BOTTOM change instead of a top change. This way you could do a more natural looking double lift vs. a triple. Just a thought.
wicked thanks
hey i really like your videosx
Why didn't you just call "2 card monte by David Blaine"?
that helped me alot
Just out of curiosity, what deck is that?
its cool.
@coody94 I'm glad it's working for you! :-)
God bless!
how would you do it with 4 aces and kings?
awesome trick, though for the top change i have a method i use to hide it a bit better, when you have the card pushed off slightly ready for your change, instead of sliding the queen on top slide it under then before taking the ace off leave the cards as they stand for a second and with your finger point at the cards and explain the next step this not only distracts them but if they did see the card slide under you distract them and by the time you take the ace from the top they will not remembr
at 1:22 when you put down the second hard from the deck. it was meant to be a tutorial or it was a mistake?
sometimes they dont make eye contact with me, so i cant switch the cards. what do i do?
thank you
Do a tutorial on the second card trick you did pls
The way I switch the secnd time is less obvious: Angle the cards like a 45 degrees upwards, rght behind the double lift, while handing the first card, use your thumb to slide back the top card (here the queen) and push it bck. Then when you take bck the other queen do the same thus giving him the third card (the ace) but with the angle the cards are held, this looks like the first. While handing him that card, use your little finger to push the queens bck on top.
@coody94 No prob! Enjoy...

@hakusho04 This is the Bee Erdnase Expert at the Card Table by Dave and Dan Buck
You could do with lifting a single the same way you do your triple as it's quite a give away to a muggle with half an idea. Like you said to do a top change the way you do it's all about the misdirection. There are better ways to do it but yours is probably the simplest for beginners.
good vid
do the erdnase card change to switch cards
@1998sks Thanks for the kind comment! ;-)
@coody94 No prob!
I've done this trick to my friends and they do not notice when i switch the cards. It is just easier to see now when his hands are the only things you see. When you are doing it for real to other people you just misdirect them by pointing to their card then ask them what they have. When they are looking their card you pointed at then they dont even see you swap cards
You saw him switch it after or before the tutorial?
i want that color change trick that's fucking amazing
@TheJokersTurn Non prob!
It's a tutorial... Your supposed to see the change..
you can see when he dose the switch
Heh, I saw the switch in the beginning. Reminds me of a David Blaine trick.
can i do this trick with only 4 cards?
@cfrenchist But he did say, when it's someone on the treet, they will normlly make eye contact with you, so they will not notice it.
@dream492rds Thanks so much for commenting!
@gunperry yup:)
i was expecting the queen on top since i thought he did a double lift and not a triple one. Still an easy trick to figure out. And even though the switch was way too ovious, the triple lift had a nice ending
@439613 Awesome! Enjoy
