This circuit will work with fast changing light, but the light outside is changing very slow and the relay will start buzzing when the light is right in the point of switching. This type of slow changing events (light, temperature) needs a circuit with Schmitt trigger input with hysteresis to work properly.

using small value cap. like 47-100uf at relay coil points ll stop it from buzzing.

just change 12 relay by 220v relay, i think it will work with 220 bulbs. maybe someone will give you the right answers.

Bro it is not IR based, it is LDR based means when there is no light to dim light falling on LDR, it will turn on, and when there is enough light falling on LDR it will remain off.
