Hi Chris I was there 3 weeks ago and there was some fantastic food there! I miss Thailand so much since I've been back in the UK I wish I was still there! I was just there for just 2 weeks as an emergency visit because my dad was in the hospital they say he I wasn't gonna make it 😭 but he is out of the hospital this morning 🎉😁 THANK GOD! I think these types of videos are much better, less editing and more realistic in all its natural elements. It’s so good to hear the back ground noises which gives the video a natural feel and we can hear the locals taking and the food being prepared. Like hearing the som tam salad being made and others food being prepared. Much better to get a natural feel rather than have music being played in the background. Keep making such videos.

How Hayley usually eats, I can say, she is so Thai!! For instance, today she had Som Tam as her dinner and she had raw sour mangoes after the main dish. So Thai!!

Yessir I prefer less edited and less music. I like the raw feel and the sounds of the crowds, motorbikes, and Thai music gives very unique ASMR style that brings me right back ❤❤

Haylee hair and dress are WONDERFUL!! 7:08 Not only sour and sweet, Thailand also has “MAMUANG MUN”. I don’t know English word for this taste but it is between sour and sweet. Umami taste. Crunchy, creamy taste. 10:56 Authentic ka nhom krok, we pour the easibed coconut milk into the pan exactly to the edge and use spoons to take each obe out so you don’t need to cut them all. When I was young, watching the ka nhom krok cooks using spoons so quickly is so entertaining!! 😅🌈

I subscribed to this channel mainly because of you, Chris, because you have tons of infectious energy and a huge heart for the people of Thailand. But, I must say that Hayley is now my favourite. I love her new haircut and this stylish dress and her Thai sounds great! The best was her reaction to the durian.😍

Great fun, great food! I like the guided/narrated tour for this type of intimate vlog as the silent tour can feel a bit creepy wandering around amongst people. Also, loving the subtitles for Thai names of food and places as it really helps. I think fewer words for grander vistas works better--eg: drone shots of island sunsets, etc--but a mix is best. I believe most people tune in to see not only what you're showing but also what you're feeling. Thanks for another engaging video!

After watching your video I couldn’t resist anymore, I went straight to Thai’s restaurant. I’ve ordered Pa Thai, Som Tam and of course a couple of chilled Chang beer. By the way I’ve had tried once the jellyfish, it doesn’t have taste at all and is similar in texture to the squid. Keep doing it Chris! I love those videos, makes me feel closer to Thailand.

Can't wait to go back in November. My first visit to this amazing country was for two weeks in April this year where I celebrated Songkran. I came again in July and just returned to UK from Bangkok after a month long stay. Visited Naga Cave (Snake cave), Nakhon Phanom, Wat Kham Chanod near Udon Thani and Phetchabun. Needless to say this is my favourite country in the world 🙏 I need Durian now. And Guay Jub 🥄

Until we get back to visit the phun ra ya's family in Khok Tan your videos are the next best thing to being in Thailand. We enjoyed this episode a lot. Now we're off to the merch shop!
