Well it's caused by them all starting on red tire. Means no offset between the cars that don't have a very big performance difference.

Kubica has one of the best starts because he knows how to position himself but that just comes from experience but after 1 lap , the junk he is driving just falls off where it's beyond unraceable

I have to agree i think alot of the. Teams at the bottom end of the table have some real talent but when the Red bulls, Mercades, Ferrari's and McLarens most of the time are just FASTER cars kinda hard to compete

Kubica, as per usual, making an awesome start. Shame that the car doesn't allow him to go fast enough to fight with anybody in the later stages...

From the beginning of the season he's complaining about his car not being consistent and some weird shit happening. Russel said he feels ok in the car just complaining about the overall bad performance. Also Kubica is using old engine since that incident with the previous one.

Kubica was constantly told to lift and coast with no reason to, shitty strategy with the pitstops that didn't correlate to lift&coast. It would be easier to compare these two if they raced in actual F1 car.

@@hooviedoovie5220 Watched telemetry whole race and Russell was only faster on top ends lol, by 10-15kmh.. Corners were here and there faster for Kubica about +1kmh. So yeah Russell consistently on better maps lol. Good is that people on the grid understand where performance difference comes from, so his next year sit will dictate by specialists and not by yt f1 "fans".

Zireael in a better car they gave Kubica special steering wheel last race and he has the same engine for 9 races with old specification. Also every part of the car that works fine during practice is given to Russel during P3 Q and race. Without making the same part 2x. He gets all the time “lift and coast” from engineer. Robert jokes to Paul Williams after the finish line “should I lift and coast now also?” This is what Williams is doing and brits buy this BS... even when they can verify onboards they choose not to, cuz then Golden boy wouldn’t be so golden anymore

Racing Point - Lance likes robert and his father respects Kub even more... There's options... Renault - they know him very well and few Renault top guys are his ex grid coworkers...

i just enjoyed 11 minutes of intense wheel to wheel racing on close quarters! exspecially the last few onboards showing 4 drivers in 4 different teams were phenomenal. But sad that nothing of Giovinazzi nearly crashing into the recovery vehicle which was trying to get Russels car aside was shown. I read about it online.

Kubica is such a great racer. Good choice to leave Williams. He deserves better than that. And no hate to Williams but their car is the worst of them all this year. They need to go back to the time they won the prices.

Williams had good drivers (Russel is young and unexperienced newcomer, but he really has a talent, he just needs practice). Also good mechanics. The problem? Leadership. Clair Williams is bringing down the legacy of her father due to her somewhat greed to have power. She is occupying too much job-places and trying to do a lot of tasks as one person wchich is of course impossible. And... don't forget she has just born a baby in late 2017, then in 2018 she married. Willimas F1 problems began exactly in 2017 wchich clearly shows, that Clair alone has way too much tasks.

@@thawk6792 Was actually with Gasly, and not really lucky, rather expected form such a minor contact. We can see drivers touch the inside walls somewhat often on street circuits and get away with it. It was unfortunate that this contact for Stroll caused a puncture.

@@LethalWalou Of course there was a fair amount of luck for Vettel as he slightly touched Gasly and didn't get a puncture from that dude, just remember the two Haas drivers during the first lap of the Silverstone GP this season, they even had lesser contact than Vettel and Gasly had here and yet they both ended up having punctures !

@@ebs1895 Vettel and Gasly barely even touched. And Vettels wheel didn't even touch anything, it was his front wing that hit Gaslys front left. In Silverstone Magnussens front wing clearly touched Grosjeans rear wheel for significant amount of time and caused a puncture. So, no, it was not lucky for Vettel to not get a puncture. It was borderline lucky for Gasly, but definitely not for Vettel.

From 4:00 to 4:52 The overtake attempts ricciardo took and kvyat defending his position, that's pure racing!

Nice start from Kubica. So pitty,he couldnt get to top 10. Also Kvyat.

Ricciardo is a very clean and talented driver. Love the Renault engine sound btw

What a start of Kubica (as always). Very clean, tidy laps, no fighting with the car as some other drivers (even though he has inferior car), great defending of his position and overtake near the end. One handed :-) that's the skill.

What a crazy view from the rear camera of Sainz in the last footage..not a fan of Stroll, but he done an amazing job!

Kubica still has it! i think is very clear after the look on that start, that the bad results are more because of the car than his physical problems...

I think Ricciardo has the best race craft of the field, the way he moves and is constantly looking for ways to pass, and the way he applies power to get out of the corners so smooth, on another level.

Only just noticed the 'stay strong JM' on Stroll's halo there. Really nice touch. Sending prayers his way all the time.

use only the left earphone and that's how the car really sounds, FOM mixes engine sounds to have them sounding different from each other, but the Renault sounds exactly like the mclaren normally

That last lap battle between 4 different drivers and teams was intense

#1 is amazing, that's the racing we want. Kudos to those 4 drivers for racing hard but respecting each other, amazing talent

The last clip with Sainz, Grosjean, Stroll, and Ricciardo was so good that I started to laugh. That's what Formula 1 is and should be.

Cleanest driver of the day: Daniel Ricciardo

I love all the RAW sounds of the electrics, scrapes and bumps. Adds to the experience 👍🏻

It's sad to see Kubica giving 💯, and the Williams just being fat, not giving performance in return

So much close racing. If this is 2019 regs. Then I can’t wait for the 2021 regs with ground effects. Madness!

That four-way battle was pretty incredible. Just imagine if that kind of action was for the lead of the race.

Race highlights = 6 minutes Best momment from the race= 11 minutes. Nice.

Tons of close action side by side in this difficult tight track. Kubica had a great start and overtook, Riccardo unfortuantly didn;t have the best of races, stroll drove excellently! (For any headphone users, does the Renault onboards hurt your right ear a lot? Like really high pitched whining??)

Kubica impressive.. impressive skills. Ricciardo, best onboards. Totally fun to see them. What happened with kimi and crashing torpedo?

Damn Ricardo is a good overtaker. We get to enjoy him more now that he is in Renault just don't see him on the podium

Whenever I watch on boards racing I catch my body tensed up crazy. Like a fight. Love it!!

8:10 I don’t get why people are blaming Grosjean here. Russell clearly forgets about him and comes back towards the wall, leaving him no space when he could quite easily do so. Blame Romain for the meme if you want but Russell caused that crash
