I like him a hell of a lot in terms of characterization, though. He's evil and soulless, and his voice and laugh truly emphasize that. He looks even more evil than in any Tekken entry, ever.

There is a difference between this Bryan in this game and the one in taken. His stance is loose which allows him to fight more wildly. His fighting is more wild like here. In Tekken he is sharp and kick boxer like. And what happened to the move where he fires off like 7 body shots like a gattling.

Believe me that isn't SF gameplay too, it would been better if it were. They tried to copy the Tag system in Tekken while trying to copy SF 2D dimension. Waste of a good game in my opinion.

Bryan is a beast.

1) The rivals in SFxT are always franchise-opposed. So here, Paul couldn't be Bryan's rival. 2) I don't think Law has sth to do with the JACK robots. 3) If there would be a bigger rivalry to retain for Tekken rivals, it would be Bryan and Yoshimitsu for sure.

It's weird to hear that the fact that Bryan actually says at least a 3 word sentence in this game. It's like Hwoarang speaking English :/

I remember it being mentioned in Wang's Tekken Tag 2 ending that Doctor Bosconovitch created(Or at least had a hand in creating!) Alisa, Bryan, and Jack. So, this pretty much makes Jack and Bryan brothers.

TheSarahkitten42 Not quite. Bryan was revived by Dr. Abel and made into a cyborg. His lifespan was ending and Dr. Boskonovitch helped him by installing a perpetual energy generator so he wouldn't die (in return he killed Dr. B, a bunch of Yoshimitsu's friends and destroyed his lab). I've never heard of Dr. B creating or being involved in the Jack series, I think they were created either by Mishima Zaibatsu or Dr. Abel but I could be wrong.

shockofgoddess When you start the Tekken 4 campaign as Bryan the narrator says he killed Dr. B as a "thank you" for installing the perpetual generator in him. That's why Yoshimitsu (who rescued Bryan and took him to Dr. B's lab in the first place) wants revenge on Bryan so badly. Of course, the Tekken series is not famous for keeping their plot consistent so I wouldn't be surprised if they "revived" Dr. B somehow or if they just brought him back to the series and completely ignored the fact that they killed him before. What happened to him then? And what sources do you have?

People say that Tekken 5 is the best Tekken, but Tekken 6 is for my part the best because it's much harder then the other Tekkens i have played. People also say that you can easily do big combo juggles, but juggles aren't the only thing to win a fight in Tekken because if your opponents is a pro, then you don't have a chance at all, and doing juggles is actually harder then it loos like, because basic juggles is only 50% damage of the 180%, pro juggles are more then 90 or even 100 %

Not how I expected how two characters who dont speak to sound.

If you see him fight in Tekken 6 then you already know that he is better in Tekken X Street Fighter

Hopefully he'll be better in Takken X Street Fighter.

I knew something was wrong the minute I saw his new stance; and what's with the "CAWWWW" xD

I know this is very old but I wish they would have taken better looks at the original tekken characters. Obviously you can't put in every mechanic for example the Akuma in tekken 7 is the strongest character but in my opinion it's still very cool cause streetfighter players can feel at home with him. Bryan here looks and plays very different from the tekken version and I can't test this ingame but to me it looks like he is missing alot of his iconic moves and his stance is completely different aswell

What’s funny is I loved this game because I’ve always been more at home with SF and could finally enjoy the Tekken characters more with SF-esque controls. Likewise I never could get the grasp of Mortal Kombat even though I grew up with all 3 of these franchises. SNK I had down though as it follows some of the same core function as Capcom with quarter circles.
