Looking at this, I think the key to doing an amazing SF movie would be to abandon live-action and do a CGI animated feature. Base the character models on the character models from the source material and not the actors. Keep the visuals photorealistic, yet still stylized. Also, focus on the traditional fight choreography and downplay the special moves. This way, when the special moves do come into play, they’ll be seen as a big deal because they are a big deal.

That's a Hella cast line up if I've seen one in YEARS (or maybe ever...). What the heck could the budget perhaps be for this movie.... Don't quote me on the following... but there's at least a small part of my speculation that wants to think that action movies could even generally be the most expensive to produce, even outside of funding the acting and film crew members.
Rugal could be Mel Gibson.

Parabens! Adorei esse trailer. Faz dos desenhos dos anos 80, do He-man, thundercats, Caverna do Dragão, snoppie, capitao planeta, she-ha, Jem e as Hologramas, Cavalo de Fogo, Duck Tales, homem aranha, scooby doo, sw filmes que nao tinham efeito especial na epoca, tipo, Flash gordon, supermaquina... , Baywatch, ficaria legal tambem.
