MK has the flashier combos. Mkx in partic makes Yun GJ combos look mundane, but then again, there are Marvel games and KI 😝

It always a good fun playing and watching this game: that is maybe not the most perfect title in the genre but extremely solid, demanding, interactive.

Man, 3rd strike is so good! The only FGs I was interested in for combo breaker was this and T7 😅 Can’t even play this game, its just a joy to watch.

Third strike isn't that bad in terms of fighting games. Hardest thing execution wise is parries, everything else is mostly mindgames

Used to manage 1:1 with Dyne on GGPO but could never, ever get the better of exo-tech(KING OF GGPO 3S??), good to see them both out here killing it

I love 3s, but the overwhelming prominance of the top three kills the game for me.

Part and parcel of the game bro, around mid level the game really shines with character diversity. In the UK 3S scene we have tons of mid to low tier character players !

@@JMotiveMU 3S is the best Street Fighter to date. One person of greater skill than the next will mop up with the entire cast, imo. A different kind of skillset than traditional SF which rewards control of space a lot more.

@@exgleipnir1271 urien matchups vs most chars are almost 5-5s, he's a very balanced character

@@exgleipnir1271 really depends on the player. Urien in my opinion relies on a lucky parry against an experienced yun or Chun to get a good chunk of damage. Plus aegis set ups can be parried out of mid screen. All down to experience and character knowledge.

If you’re the great RX from Japan, then you’re top-tier. Urien needs momentum to beat the top 2 characters. He needs meter to use Aegis. He does very little damage w/o it. His pokes are decent but don’t do much for him.

What Game pads are most of them using? I play 3rd strike on PS2/PS3 and want to use an Arcade style stick and buttons like the old days at the arcade.

Max damage in the corner for non-special opponent hurtboxes is 4 lp MGBs: VERY hard to do. I can sometimes get 3 but even VicToly wouldn’t usually go for more than 2: too easy to miss on the 3rd one.

No. Dreamcast has an arranged soundtrack which is not used here. This is the Arcade version.
