Hello sir PIXEL DAN. Regarding the Claws of VEGA. The Chun Li figure did also come with the claw. SAGAT wasn't the only one with the claw. I heard other figure may have came with the claws. But I can only 100% confirm CHUN LI. Because she is the only one I own that I got carded. I'm sure that was not an error, because I got 3 carded CHUN LI's one time. I got he weapons of all the figures to be used with other G.I.JOE toys. I then gave the figures away, Now I only own one. Thank you sir.
