Seems like a weirdly iffy matchup for Akuma. His crap drive rush and dash makes it tough to get in and Dhalsim can hover above any projectiles.

What happens at 9:54 with his light jabs? Seemed like he could combo but he was blocked on second job? second jab doesn't combo?

It was a delayed jab. That was not a chained timing.

I honestly think that playing Akuma isn't paying off, he takes a lot of damage, the match against Zangief is impossible
