@@frappompi Yeah the walk outs always come before the fights. The walkouts are just animations there’s nothing that difficult that would require them not to be finished before having a full character frame data and animations already completed. No they just didn’t show it here that’s it

They deserve an award for making deejay actually interesting.

I've been messing around with him in SSF2/Turbo and yeah, he just feels like a concept in those games even if he's decent in Turbo. SF4 Deejay was completely an experiment they just could not get right. SF6 he's coming into form for sure.

@@combos4dayz588 unfortunately, DeeJay was only playable in the Upper version of Alpha three. Only the base arcade version of Alpha three was played competitively so there’s literally almost nothing on how good or bad he was in the game. I can’t imagine he was great. His sprite work and stage were nice though

He always was interesting, IMO...

I gotta say, I love how large the models are on the screen in SF6. The older games all were more zoomed out a bit, but with the amount of detail on these models and the fluid animation, I think it's better to see them closer up like this!

This is what Tekken did with T4 - didn’t turn out great although visually appealing. Let’s hope the performance remains the same, I prefer a slower paced fighting game.

Dee Jay is so tricky now. Giving him permanent double fireball and faints and sways makes him so safe and ambiguous. People are going to hate fighting this character, mark my words.

Dee Jay!!! The main man is back again. He looks like a terrifying trickster with good range, anti airs moves, fire balls, feints and sways and he is so quick on his feet. Before he was more of a zoner like Guile, but now he seems to dominate the mid-range as well. I can already tell he's going to be a massive problem in the hands of creative players 😂💀 I can't wait to main him. Major props to the SF team for his AMAZING re-design too 🔥

Both characters looks to be at the peak of their powers. Many new tools and mechanics from SFV incorporated back to their classic self. (like Dhalsim now have both the straight and angled fireball)

Deejay looks so amazing! Shame we didnt see his Lv.3, but his sway-in/sway-out style of gameplay makes him much more of a unique character. June can't come soon enough

I know it’s a small detail, but I really like how smooth the transition from intros to battle is.

He's gotten quite a visual overhaul as well, looks more serious with his facial expressions.

If anything, this stage makes me wish all the music was performed with live instruments. Still, it’s just nice to see more gameplay beyond the eight characters from the betas.

Absolutely loving the direction they've gone with this game. Every character is so full of life and have their own distinct personalities. I thought capcom were dead after giving us sfxt, sfv and mvci. They are BACK imo. This will be a truer successor to sf4

I always liked Dee Jay, though I have never been good at Fighting games so I did not play much. But I played him on my lonesome back during the older games and 4. I loved how positive and cheerful he is, and I have always had great admiration for people who dance well and enjoy stepping to a good beat. I am finally getting into Fighting games. While my Tekken journey was fun, I have always preferred Street Fighters pacing more (Less "I will juggle-combo you twice and win" and more "back and forth" clashes IMHO). I'm ecstatic that I get to play Dee Jay again, and now he looks like he is even more up my alley! More of a tricky mix-up specialist that keeps opponents guessing a ton before he suddenly and unpredictably goes in from the mid-range. Definitively going to main him! Also he looks SO COOL now! Like jfc, look at that smile! How he groove-steps all over the place and just watches you with a big grin like "We gonna dance or what?"

Yeah, it's a first for both of them. Prior to that, Juri was introduced in Super Street Fighter IV and brought back in Season 1 of SFV while Dee Jay was introduced in SSFII and brought back in the console version of Alpha 3 and SSFIV.

Im gonna be maining them as well as Luke, I'm gonna take time to into playing as them as well as my avatar in the World Tour mode by giving each of there moves in my own character. Luke's sandblast + Juri's Tensenrin + Dee Jay's Jackknife Maximum.

The dude in the back trying to repair his car is epic.

Seeing Deejay made fun and interesting gives me hope and more excitement to see how to remix returning fighters.

The bad part about having the fight on the beach is that the lack of changes in the sand during the fight is noticeable.

Woah! They put details into Dhalsims stretchy arms with the wraps! Look at 1:42 Paused just right, you can see the wrappings come off a bit

First off let me take the time to appreciate the island style stage, it is everything I wanted to see and more of Dee Jay's stage, I would even say it's better than his orginal SF2 Turbo stage. And as for the characters themselves both Dee Jay & Dhalsim looks awesome, Dhalsim looks like he got more tools and his level 3 super looks amazing whereas Dee Jay (my 3rd main) looks even better than he did in SF4, making him more of a tricky character with his feint fireballs and kicks top psyche the opponent and overall just great all rounder character. I'm so looking foward when this game is release and play with my mains Luke,Juri & now Dee Jay.

Time to watch some Bumbaclot Dee Jay

Really weird, but since they are fighting on sand, I hope they add foot prints to the sand. They do a weird in-between where so attacks will add foot prints into the sand, while others don't.

I love how they made Dee Jay in this game by mixing up his moveset. Having meterless double Air Slashers with better vertical reach and feints to his moveset will truly make him stand out from other charge characters, especially with that amazing comeback he did to Dhalsim! Also Dee Jay had an extra special move exclusive to Omega SF4 (I forgot it's name), so I wonder if that will return too. My only problem with him is his Level 1 Super, since all it does is crumple the opponent with an impactful kick. Is that the actual super, or is it a bug/error seen when using it on Dhalsim's extended limbs?

We already saw what it did to Airborne opponents, just knockin em back. I don’t know whether Dhalsim had to be in a Punish state or not, but it seems to be able to crumple on grounded opponents. Dhalsim getting hit is just them making his hurtboxes larger on his limbs for balancing reasons.

Loving how this game looks so far can’t wait to get my hands on it

Dee Jay has to be top 2 or 3 redesigns for 6 at bare minmum, its such a wild improvement both from a gameplay and visual standpoint to the point where it feels like a new character

Man, I'm SOOO glad Dee Jay finally got some new tools; For some, including me, he sorta lived under Guile's shadow in terms of gameplay... Now Dee Jay has special move feints and sways to bait stuff out and dance around the opponent, really does fit his groovy motif imo X3

Still not sold on Dee Jay yet but really curious to see more. Definitely has some very interesting flare to him. I just can't quite grasp what he plays like yet to really get a feel of where I stand. Maybe if the community gets their hands on him in another beta it might clear my opinion up.
