Queens, NY has the most sublime rappers. Deep and talented. Glorious flows throughout! Brooklyn and Queens have this mystic-soul-street-philosophy raps crafted unto boom bap drums and dark profound melodies on lock. In the 90s anyways. Though, there still talent out there.
