Yes about the beer, originally women called “Alewives “ made their own ale at home and would sell it from their kitchens or from carts that they trundled around the town. It is very annoying to me that the tech for all the best and most lucrative food recipes such as wheat rolls and cherry pie are bought from the tavern tab which makes them late game and far less useful as a trading basis for our settlement. 😏 Regarding the dynasty, Racimir has three children in my dynasty. I made him the largest house and whenI took over as the heir I left home so he quickly filled the two spare beds! It works the same with npcs, if you move a child out at 18 or above they have more kids to fill the beds!

Yes beer is old, first made in the tool age shortly after farming started.
