It was so wonderful to see Titanic walking on his own. He had the biggest smile, he was so proud of himself. Thank you all for what you did to give him a better quality of life.

I'm struck by the fact that all of these strangers are giving of their time and money to help Titanic when his owner didn't even care. Stray Rescue folks are my heroes. Just one more example of others being responsible where they didn't have any responsibility is saving the lives of dogs.

My whole life I've wanted an Akita I think they're just gorgeous animals and seeing people just throw them aside hell any animal that does nothing but love its owner just enrages me to no end

Honestly, to see Titanic out walking on his own was sheer happiness.......he was in a terrible condition, all shut down, when you first rescued him, and now.....a healthy, happy dog !! All of you are doing the most amazing ( rewarding ) job there is. And you´r having a new subscriber and donor from Sweden.......

Like Randy I just can't understand people who do these things: starve a dog, abandon them, torture them. Thoze people are all among us but they are some kind of horrible abnormality, a monstrosity I wish we could extract from the DNA before it's ever born.

I've only recently found these videos. I addict only in the past week. I don't see any recant uploads, is Randy still doing rescues? Not that the old rescues doinn't touch my heart they do, infact I typically cry over ever rescue. I'm just wondering about 2018 rescues. Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance~ Dawn & keep up the great works even if it's not Randy. Good bless all who help these innocent souls, that deserve a forever home filled with live, kisses, cuddles, playing and anything else a pup can dream of❤🐾❤❤

Stray Rescue of Saint Louis is a no-kill shelter. This case happened four years ago. They would have asked their supporters to offer a foster home while he completed his recovery. Then he would have been adopted out to a family that knows how to care for an Akita.

His earlier video shows him lying in front of an abandoned house unable to move, his hind legs completely limp. He was rushed to Stray Rescue's clinic and the staff began treating him on the spot. But unlike most of Stray Rescue's videos, the diagnosis was not given.
