You picked up a herding dog and she is herding the cat since it sees them as vulnerable. It's escaping because they are high energy and need extensive exercise, mental stimulation and a continuous job. That's why she's escaping and getting into everything. She probably wore her teeth down trying to chew her way through a cage because they don't do well in containment. She needs extensive training to get rid of the bad habits and learn good ones and self control.

If you watched all the way through, Patches went off to stay with a trainer for intensive training, and then you can see how different she was afterwards!

That dog is far from a puppy farm dog who has lived in a cage. I adopted one and they don’t know how to play, walk upstairs open doors like that dog did. Their eyes are vacant from no stimulation. That dog is way too smart.

It doesn’t bear thinking of how Patches would be now if Sophia hadn’t had her heart strings pulled so tightly by this lovely lovely dog & gone looking for Patches again that night. All her dedication & love has been completely rewarded & I hope Sophia & Patches have a long wonderful life together. I’ve got everything crossed that Patches can successfully & healthily avoid that ear canal operation! She’s such an unusually beautiful looking dog it’s easy to see why those evil people wanted to breed her. I’ve got everything crossed that her puppies found loving caring homes too🤞🏼
