An insanely delicious and refreshing Strawberry Ice Cream filled with the amazing flavors of strawberries and biscuits. This is such an easy recipe with only a few ingredients.
Ingredients
500ml Heavy Cream
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of strawberry, chopped
8-10 cookies, crashed
Instruction
1. Add the heavy cream to bowl of a stand mixer and beat for 5-7 minutes until it becomes fluffy.
2. Then slowly add in condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix until completely smooth
3. Pour the mixture into the ice cream mixer. Place the chopped strawberries and drizzle with crashed biscuits. Repeat with the second and third layers.
4. Cover with the foil or plastic wrap and place in your freezer to harden for at least 6 hours or preferably overnight.
