This batch of this sauce I found after it settled the coconut did become the dominant flavour which was not when it was cooked up. In 45-50oz there was 2lbs of strawberries, and the bits are the roasted coconut. I certainly did not make this stupid hot. I did however had my Xanthan gum expired so I left it out and didnt want to use something like Corn starch to thicken because it would deflate the flavour hence why it is so damn thin. I had a woman at work used a large jar in her Smoothies. I appreciate you checking out the sauce my Friend. Thank you so much ! 🤘💙✌ #FTG Been there done that with the heat stroke....terrible

Still a good sauce it went very good on the ice cream. The coconut was a great flavor for it. More strawberry and it would be the bomb. Heat could be a little more not to pack a punch but to give it a bit more spice. Agreed though it doesn’t need major heat because it would totally kill the coconut and strawberry experience of the sauce. I’m going to get some vanilla ice cream without any added goodies from the B&J’s and see how the flavors come through. Overall it really was good brother.

Oh dear Lawd it's 98F with 4000% humidity. We are planning on moving out west within a year. I can handle dry heat, but not this constant sauna🥵

I agree, I found out what real humidity was when I went on tour in 1986 and we got like east of the Mississippi River. Geez did that suck. But then 5 years later I ended up being stationed in North Click and got acclimated to it. And a lot of different climates around the world.
