    @zz zz Siberia still stand as a sovereign country for which self respect and pride is important they are not like you italians who first attack Central powers in World War 1 then when did didn't get credit in Treaty of Versailles turn your back on allied forces and joined axis in World War 2 now you are part of a NATO which is American puppet that Americans use whenever they want to wage War on any country by the way no one cares about Italy it is not a country that should be given priority in modern world it doesn't play any important role not even in either NATO or European Union that's why people just ignore it

    Mig-29k has gotten damn good manoeuvrability, for all those who say this aircraft is obsolete, no aircraft in Pakistani arsenal can match up with the Mig-29K, let alone the avionics are far better than the F-16s flown by the PAF, the best that they have.

    agree with the MIG-29SM / SMT / M ... There are better F-16 aircraft, always MIG-29 was always better in terms of the structure of the airplane that is suffering from over 12G, unlike the F-16, only 9G and it's limited to 9G because it would break up on the 10G probably. As always, the MIG-29 had better maneuvering capabilities than any aircraft of that gnation, which had a system of hydro-motors rather than fly bye wire. Less radar modernizations and new ones R-77 Long range rackets, the F-16 is a bit downgraded, of course, the F-16 also has many advantages, today compared to the MIG-29 but in the nineteenth, if everything is now calculated MIG-29 is a better plane, especially MIG -29K or MIG-29 M.

  • @mikska

    @ Paul Dawood You should at least use google to look at sustained turn rates for both fighters and their variants. US aircraft have only won more battles due to overwhelming numbers and AWACS support, against outdated/downgraded soviet models which found themselves surrounded by at least dozens of enemy aircraft. e.g. Iraq - Serbia. Have a look at what the German pilots say about even the most basic of these fighters the Mig-29A export variant (downgraded). Real air-battles are no arcade video games. If the Serbians had F22s in the numbers that they had Migs, the results would be the same.

The video is almost 10 years old, SU30 MKI have started Digital Upgradation of FBW, while Tejas we have commissioned is MK1A, which also has Analog FBW, MK2 Tejas will be having Digital FBW and GE F 114 Engines. So he is not wrong. Only MiG29K in India was and is a complete digital FBW.

    Being DCS player I now understood what this officer said in this video, I know how hard is it to land an aircraft on carrier where you need precision and have to control with only throttle, no stick or you are screwed

    Man yesterday I was doing work from home and suddenly this aircraft passed by and all my colleagues wanted to stop the work and look at the jet, i live next to Kanpur airport and for me it was a regular thing. But all my colleagues wanted to see it bcoz it was difficult to work with so much thundering noise and we had to take a break.

    +Alex Makov no..indian fighter doctrine requires 2 seaters...so all heavy fighters are 2 seaters..even the 5th gen PAK will be built in india with 2 seats

    +Alex Makov yep they very much exist!. Look closely. What confuses you is the fact that bpth single seat and double seat versions use same double seat type canopy. In the single seat version instead of second seat, extra fuel tank is carried

  • @manoharjishnu2009

    @manoharjishnu2009

    +Alex Makov The Mig-29K production variant is basically a two seater with its rear seats removed and replaced by fuel tanks. What you see most of the time is a single seat Mig-29K, just that it has a canopy of a KUB (The two seater).

  • @rajasmr156

    +Alex Makov 75% of IN's Mig29Ks are single seaters. Its very hard to distinguish btn. single and dual seater because of the cockpit paint.

    Pilots and drivers aviators and astronauts sometimes wear insulated, fire-retardant jumpsuits or flight suits where other types of clothing can potentially float or flap about in zero gravity or during high-G maneuvers. I took that from a wikipedia page use google before correcting someones's comment sir!

    There's already discussion of retiring the MiG 29K in the coming decade. The Navy is in the process of choosing between Rafale M or F18 Super Hornet as an interim fighter jet in about 26-27 nos till the TEDBF is fully developed and operational. TEDBF is still in the early stages of development. MiG 29K,s started arriving in 2010 but were fully inducted and operationalised only in 2016 when the Harriers were decommissioned. The MiG 29K is a lethal platform in its category but is plagued with servicibility problems and engine maintenance issues.
