I stopped watching, stopped exercising, and chose distractions after I made so much progress. Slowly but surely, CRPS sensations returned and now I'm here again. It was this recap that I needed the most. Thanks Tanner.

I just found your channel and I am binging! Could I please request a video on GI symptoms? That's been the main thing I deal with and I've been doing brain retraining, somatic work, breathwork, etc for a few months now and while it helps the emotional side of things, I'm not seeing a change with physical symptoms. Would love to hear more on how you approach GI manifestations of this!

Great video and it is helping people with the deep experience that resonates too. Could you consider making a video where you could suggest which mind set practices and what to do when everything is still quite hard (you mentioned somatic tracking might be too much then), the hardest level? Then when someone's having the flare up they could just click that video, that would be addressing that level directly and speaking/guiding them thru it. Best wishes, blessings.

Thank you for this information. What helps for me is hot water and in the summer I use hot and cold showers. I also use spiritual techniques such emagining that water heals me. I have been doing a lot of things even changed my diet to a more vegetarian one. Although I have gained more range of motion, I feel a great amount of pain when I do regular activities such as doing lundry, walk 3-4 blocks, even taking my dogs to the dog park across the street. I need to take at least 2-3 days to self regulate from the chronic pain. I refused to believe that I have chronic pain and I have done everything in my power to get better. I think I also need to come into terms with having chronic pain. I have been watching videos about chronic pain and bought books about chronic pain. And it helps me see that there are people that understand me.I have felt so frustrated with the doctors.

Thank you , Tanner. This is so helpful! Would you consider making another video about healing from conditioned responses. I have come so far with healing from chronic chest pain which developed after breast cancer treatment. But I still can hardly stand to wear a bra. The tightness around my ribcage sets off feelings of anxiety and so far I can’t figure out how to get used to it. I wear one every day all day long but I can’t seem to get comfortable with one on.

@@EAK1993 Yes. I wear very soft loose bras with at least one extender, sometimes two. But the sensation of the bra rubbing on my chest sets off lots of feelings like cramping which I am sure are caused by my scared brain. I just can’t seem to get past this. I try to use lots of messages of safety.

Great reminders. It really helps to hear these these main points of the process. One thing you mentioned was really needed to process our emotions. As you rightly pointed out many of us are in the position we are in primarily because we didn't adequately process our emotions. So I was hoping you might elaborate on how to properly process these emotions. Maybe give a few different methods and examples. I understand the importance of processing emotions but not very sure of the most effective ways to do this. Thank you for these videos

Thanks for that. I’ve been dealing with such intense shoulder neck pain. It worried me because I’m a hairstylist for many years and i thought I was looking at the end of my career. It started with a weakness in my thumb about six months ago. Then slowly the intense muscle tension became unbearable. I’m so afraid to work. I’ve seen so many therapists and my doctor is sending me for an mri to rule out a pinched nerve. But it’s all I can think about. Finally one of my Pilates therapists suggested this could be neuroplastic. I looked it up and discovered your channel. It makes sooo much sense.
