@@ainsleygowervictoriarealestate I live in Oakville Ontario home of the very wealthy our biggest mansion is 45000 square feet it's sold several years ago for $48m & it's called chesler hall 1184 lakeshore road east but the current mansion for sale is 15000 square feet south east oakville its the bridle path of Toronto

Great video, but I think this is very specific to your area. It definitely depends on the location, because in the Bay Area CA we are seeing properties sell super quickly with multiple offers and way over asking price!

It’s actually called Influencer Speak or Tik Tok voice. NPR just did a story about it if you’re interested in listening to it. I didn’t find your upspeak annoying, btw. But since the other poster mentioned being constructive I thought I’d share the story that just ran on it!
