This really is indeed a great alternative way to talk to strangers considering how a lot of strangers really want to be anonymous about some things (which is something that i think we all are at some point so we really respect that and appreciate this type of approach). This reminds me a lot a lot about the Strangers Project, which is something very similar. People write out their hearts onto a piece of paper to say whatever they want to say and then it slowly and anonymously gets posted on their insta/website. And it ranges from very sweet to dealing with some dark stuff. It's a super cool concept, I definitely would look forward to more!

Out of all of them, my favourite was just the simple, "I miss you." So short, so simple, so universal. We don't have to know anything else about the person who wrote it, who (or what) they miss, because we have all felt that way before. When you read that note, my mind started filling with the memories of people I miss too. I think that's whats really beautiful about this, some of these notes are very detailed and too specific to apply to all of us, but some of them feel like they could be our own too. Yet all of them make us feel something. Please keep doing this type of stranger notes video!

To my dearest childhood friend. I always knew I’d lose you one day, but I never thought it’d be so soon. As I write this I wish I could take away the disease that’s running through your blood…but I can’t. We found it too late. They told us that there’s nothing we can do, and still I feel guilty about not being able to do anything. You’ve been there since the very beginning. When I’d get home from a horrible day at school, I’d open up the door to our house, and your happy bark and tail wag would always greet me. It’s not fair that you have to go. What are we going to do without you by our side? I fear that I don’t have enough memories of you, but perhaps that’s a silly thing to worry about, because I know it’s not true. Eleven years just doesn’t feel like enough. Thank you my furry buddy for all you have done for us, and all you will continue to do in the last month we have you for. I love you so very much. Goodbye my sunshine pup.
