No, this perfume is NOT a true gourmand that is HEAVY and cloying. BUT it is BEAUTIFULLY balanced. What an incredible combination of sweet notes with florals and fruit. I couldn't imagine a more perfect blend! I am so excited for it! GREAT VIDEO

This was a GREAT idea!! I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure if I was going to go out of my way to try out this scent because pistachio is not something that I fancy, but these interviews opened my mind and I loved hearing everyone’s interpretations and feelings. I also loved there was such a diversity of folks who were asked!!! Great job Mona and team - fabulous video! Please consider making this a series with the older Kayali scents (as well as future scents). Maybe even doing interviews in different countries and seeing how different folks interpret the scents. Great content!!!!! Congrats on the scent, praise well deserved!!!!

I did not like this perfume when I first tried it on a test strip but then when I tried it on my skin and let it sit for a few... uff, AMAZING!!! It's my favorite Kayali perfume! ❤

The men love Eden Juicy Apple. My husband loves it. Can’t wait to try that layering combo.

You’ll are undefeated with the marketing, then it’s downhill from there 😑 promised pistachio, cotton candy, marshmellow etc for people to run for it, only to get citrus, lemon, soap = overhype. The marketing needs to start to match the product, or people will start to not get sucked in to the hype to be consistently disappointed. Eden juicy apple was my only instant love, the others were meh, invite only terrible, again not as described, was supposed to be sexy, instead got old church lady meets old incense rug.

This definitely wasn’t a scent I expected but I was wearing it during a meeting at work and I kept getting whiffs of it and I started to really love it. It’s super unique and you smell every stage (top, middle and base) for a long time. I had to get the 50ml.

This video is great and I can’t wait for the 21st!!!🍦People will always find something to complain about. Too gourmand, too fresh, too citrusy. Personally I always find myself buying gourmands that are said to be “true gourmands” such as Chocolate Greedy and Italica and I end up not liking them. Fragrances are subjective so it’s important to try on your own!! I have a feeling I’m going to LOVE this and have fun finding layering combos, which Kayalis are made for!!

I have a feeling this will smell like Lukum (Turkish delight) which i hope for. Turkish delight is a floral citrusy dessert western countries don’t understand that other countries have gourmand desserts that have floral like ingredients a lot of persian deserts have spicy and floral ingredients

I bought it from sephora few days go. Its definetely not a true gourmand, it smells citrusy and fresh in the opening, almost like the pink soap you find in the gaz station. You can really smell the bergamot. BUT when it dries down its so delicious and I want to lick my arm 🤣❤ I get marshmallow and pistachio. At first I didnt like it at all but trust me, give it few days and you'll love it !

Sounds how my relationship with Invite Only was. The first initial whiff I got from it I thought it was repulsive. It smelled old, dusty and just pungent. I came back like a week later to try it again and I was in LOVE. To me it's the most delicious and seductive scent I've ever smelled now.

I still haven’t got to smell it lol it’s crazy that it’s a “gourmand” but people are saying it smells “fresh and citrusy” lol gourmands don’t smell fresh or citrusy. I’m a gourmand lover, and I didn’t hear “creamy” but one time. This is interesting to me!

Dear Mona 😍 I’m a big fan of your fragrances but regarding Yum Pistachio Gelato, I’m very confused 😔 First of all the way this fragrance has been released in some retailers before you even spoke about it and it is still not available on your official website, I’m really really deeply sorry to tell you my honest feeling, I think that this is not very professional 😔 And regarding the fragrance, I’m really sorry that the scent doesn’t match the name of this Intense EDP 😔 As much as I love the artworks from the Nose Olivier Cresp , for this one I can’t tell that it is a gourmand. Everyone is so fake! How is this a gourmand and everyone is saying is a floral/ citrus scent!! Thats not gourmand at all the name is "pistachio Gelato" I'd get back on the factory and either rename it or actually make it gourmand.

There are many middle eastern desserts that have floral and citrus ingredients not everything revolves around you and your culture other parts of the world have deserts w rose water saffron etc whats gourmand to others may not be to you. This is a Middle Eastern owned fragrance company and they created a middle eastern style gourmand dont like it dont buy it there are many of us who like it

Here is the thing. When you have a high quality product, especially fragrance - you don't need all of these marketing "stunts" that have been happening with this perfume lately. You should invest more effort in the longevity and quality of your fragrances. They are poorly blended, screechy and not lasting.

Exposed lol - skin scent, close contact. Kayali are a glorified skin scent company 😂 Ps. TERRIBLE customer service
