Can’t be mad at the business owner who owned the scaffolding, he just wanted his property back, his hands are just as tied. Lose money continuously and let your scaffolding sit on somebody’s property or show up and try to get it yourself. Both parties here had a reason to be upset nonetheless.

Right but even if it’s his scaffolding you can’t just trespass and take it. You had agreements with the other individual, you gotta take it up with him or get insurance to cover the said items if you’re a rental company.

@@Viquor technically it depends on the state you live in because in most states you are not allowed to hold a persons property without intent to give it back. Not sure on the laws in Florida but here in Ohio what angel is doing would be considered illegal since the owner of the scaffolding is face to face with him and he’s still unwilling to let him take it especially knowing that deal has nothing to do with him other than the guy renting it out.

The cop really said "this ain't Angels world''.... don't be surprised if you on they watchlist now bro just know that cop gonna hold a grudge for the way you talked to him... Stay safe man
