If the “corpse” markers, deter even one person from advancing, when they were already chasing the odds, at the base of the summit, before even putting their boots on, then it shadows the morbidness of it all. From photos I’ve seen, the number of climbers on the mount, at any given time, is the problem, IMO. If oxygen shortage on the descent, is the problem, it’s because they used it all standing still on the way up, waiting for people that should have never left the paved pathways in their neighbourhood parks.

Well: that Rasputin certainly was a tough guy... Don't see why the conspirators would admit to poisoning him as well as shooting him if they didn't. He was well known to have genuine healing powers; so I think he probably had a body/metabolism like that of an Indian fakir's, who are also known to perform incredible feats. That poison was probably instantly metabolised.

I'm pretty sure that the body of Green Boots was cleared from the trail. I heard that every so often the bodies will be moved off trail and out of sight..pitched over a cliff usually. I think that if I died on Everest, I'd want to be left. I wouldn't want anyone to risk their life just to bring my dead body back. Id be totally good with being left.

I’d want whoever found my body to do something humorous to it before proceeding, but not spending so much time as to gurantee the next person to come would see it, cuz that would mean a second body

Green boots is still there. Other climbers know that they can't take the time or put in the effort of clearing dead bodies or else they themselves will likely perish. It's more common than most realize for climbers to leave members of their own climbing party behind to die on the mountain.

@@Coltwollsch Nope..go look it up. Green boots was cleared from the trail. His body is still on the mountain, but no longer on the trail where he died. Every so often bodies are infact cleared from the trail, although they are still left on the mountain. They drag them off and usually roll them over a cliff. Theres a few videos and articles that explain that. Green Boots is no longer on the trail.

@@mattjack3983 I did look it up and found nothing. There was a rumour back in 2014 that green boots was removed but it turned out that the body had just been covered. There are over 200 dead bodies on Everest that are still sitting exactly where the person died.

I find it amazing, fortunate, and something for television to pay attention to, that a free channel can outdo the combined efforts of a television channel and sponsorship money. The more channels like this that I find, the less of a reason I have to go back to pay for TV. Because of channels like this one, I have not turned on my TV in over a year.
