Its very hard not to lose faith in myself as well :( But I believe that we got it and we can handle every obstacle thrown at us. When I feel this bad I also think about how other people may go through the same thing as me.. sometimes I even wonder if they have it as bad as I do.. its hard

@@Quodergo Haha thank you for reminding me of this. I’m in a completely different point in my life now! I’m way healthier than I was a year ago, I almost forgot how bad it got. Everything eventually does get easier. The struggles change and the hardships come in different ways but my mindset is completely different. I believe in anyone struggling rn and know that they can push through.

Такое ощущение что он и должен у нас играть на заднем плане, очень красиво. А когда выключаешь, очень странное чувство как будто от тебя оторвали кусок души. Такая скучная и не вписывающийся тишина

@@SamuelBlack84 yeah it’s really hard to have hope when everything seems to be so hard and pointless. i’ve been there and i still struggle sometimes. what helps me when i seem to be going through a lot, is thinking that there’s for sure at least one person that has gone through the same or similar situation and has got out of it a better and stronger person. one of my favourites quotes is “the pain you feel today is the strength you will have tomorrow”. remember you are strong enough to make life better for yourself bc at the end of the day you are in control of your reality. manifestation also is a life changer, i went from having the lowest self esteem and feeling worthless to being able to be confident and realize that with the right mindset i can achieve anything. see this as a sign that everything will eventually get better💗

I’m not sure what to do with my life anymore, I feel lonely I wouldn’t say depressed but lonely I don’t have a single person that I can trust, hug or just talk to them. Ever since she left me 3 years ago everything changed in me, I used to be so talkative now days I barely know how to start a convo with someone. She made me so happy but at the end destroyed me I’ll never forget about her, can’t say I love her but I really miss talking to her. The only moment I feel my self is when I go to the gym I forget everything and destroy my body as hard as I can to relief my pain somehow. Today’s my birthday I turned 18 and I feel the most lonely human alive, haven’t got a single text from anyone but not surprised. I guess this is how I’m gonna end up no ones cares about me all I want is to be loved is it that hard to get it? I know no one’s reading this but I just wanted to talk it out since I’ve had enough holding it inside me.

hey! first of all, happy birthday!! genuinely wish you all the best!! Remember life isn’t an easy journey, i feel like somehow we all struggle at a certain point. We’ve all encountered loneliness and honestly sometimes it is great for you even if you don’t see it that way! Take time for yourself, find out about your needs and goals (personal goals) and make sure to love yourself!! As long as you love yourself, it is enough. God loves you and hears you. You are never alone really. Life can be challenging but we have to learn how to cope with our emotions and that’s how we grow and evolve as human beings! It is gonna be okay! You’re gonna experience so many beautiful things! Things that are supposed to happen will happen, everything come at the right time! Moreover, you are loved and you will be loved, by someone who recognize your true worth, even if nowadays it is difficult to meet these rare kind of people.
