Beautiful boat.....love the way it cuts the water

When i was 5 back in like 91, my dad built us a little pond in the backyard and we would run little 8” cigarette boats he used to make from scratch outta fiberglass, hes a boat builder by trade but also a draftsman and scaled down a 50ft cigarette he had at the time down to many different toy scales, the 8” had a little brushed motor, a solid stainless shaft that rode in a copper tube, plastic 2 blade prop, 2 aaa batteries and a rudder where youd just fix it in place left or right and theyd do laps around, looked like a scaled down poker run, no wonder im obsessed with rc boats now lol

Great boat !! Very beautiful. All it needs now, is a throttle, a ruddee, and a radio receiver, and it will be fantastic.

Interestinly, Nikola Tesla made an RC boat back in the late 19th century. The tech then probably wasn't that refined to be mass produced.
