It’s by necessity. Old injuries and a lot of fun have the old shoulders range of motion limited. I had to learn to improvise 😜.

I really enjoy using a sponge to gather the lather. Will probably always use that method. Great shave! I tried doing my XTG like you do but it’s so difficult 😂

Very entertaining Eric! I with you on strops. The Duke City strops are the best value going. I've had two, but gave them away to help get others started. This _won't_ be the case with my Tony Miller strops. His attention to detail is impressive, and he's a great guy as well.

Beautiful strop lineup. Nice showcasing. Re: Non-tallow soaps - I read somewhere that it was suspected that the move away from tallow is rooted cost control. Nice talk. Nice shave with the Big Riga.

Another great video. I agree on the price/quality value of Duke City strops. I have a buffalo and a horse hide from Duke City and love them.

Great strop review Eric , much appreciated 👏 I've always said learn to strop on a cheap strop, As it's heartbreaking to cut a quality strop , which all beginners will do .....I did 😂. I have a Rigarazor, great 👍 but not for beginners, unforgiving rigid blades make a great change from hollow grinds, your effortless shave with a Rigarazor prove of your total mastery. I love your honest talks !

That Riga tip is a challenge, takes a few saves to navigate bloodlessly 🤣. Those babies will take an edge, a real whisker melter. Very quality steel.

I’ve always wanted a kangaroo strop. Those are very nice for that price point.
