I will ALWAYS love the sound of 5.3’s as I am more of a fan of the low rumble

I agree with most people. Larry is definitely louder overall but those 5.3’s have a clean good sounding choppy tone.

I like the loudness and clap of Larry but I think I enjoy the tone of Chomper more.

I like the sound of Chomper. Larry sounds good, but when you compare him to Chomper, it is no contest IMO. I love the deep rumble of Chomper.

If you close your eyes or just heard audio, Chomper sounds like a performance muscle car. Larry sounds like a straight up truck

The 5.4 has that “look at me” sound going on while the 5.3 almost seems like it’s an aftermarket muffler, great video👍

For loudness purposes I'd have to go with larry, overall tone I gotta go with chomper. But my favorite of all your trucks is Baby squat. It was the best sound . I loved it!!!

Definitely the 5.3 vortec won that one. It's more tamed and sounds cleaner. It's got a more deep throaty rumble to it as well

My first truck was a 99 F150 with cat back straights. I loved the sound of the 3v engines ever since. So my vote goes to the clap wagon

I loved the true duals on my 2016 5.3L, but the true duals I had on my 2018 F150 was downright insane. It sounded like my 2016 if it had no cats 😂

Chomper has a lower grumble and I like it a lot, when those 5.3’s get to the higher rpm’s they sound amazing

Im a Chevy/GMC fella, both Larry and Chomper sound very beast. Larry does sound louder. Sounds like Larry may still hold the title.
