I can’t even imagine how nerve wrecking it must be before opening up the results. Don’t give up though I believe in you! I’m barely a first year college aspiring to go to med school one day and even I have doubts when I have not even scratched the surface of a hard course. Keep pushing forward 💯

Thank you! Luckily this was a while back during college decisions and med school decisions won’t be until after this next cycle begins. But you’ve got this as well! The premed journey is hard but I believe in you :)

Honestly , I totally agree with you about other people sharing how they got into most schools that have a low acceptance rate. Although I’m not calling them a liar, however , if a person is a “social media influencer” , it just seems kinda wrong that they only share their achievements without their struggles, it’s just seem very unrealistic because that’s not how life goes the majority of the time . It can hurt followers like myself in a long run. So i tend to unfollow them because i refuse to listen to an advice that does not seem accurate with respect to life . So overall , I’m sorry about your rejection. Thank you for sharing , you are very strong for doing that . I just want to let you know that your TRUTH will bring so much light in your life. You got this :)

I got rejected from NYU and go to Arizona State for my Masters in International Affairs and Leadership. Will apply again to NYU for my second Masters.

Retake the MCAT. Use Altius. They have certain guarantees for success. Check them out as they offer personalized instruction, work on your schedule, and if you do well they will hire you so you can make back what you spent.
