that’s what i’ve been saying this whole time!! it really be making my skin crawl bc you know what you’re doing you know better. it’s even worse when adults try to pull the whole “they’re 16 they’re young they don’t know any better” and as someone whose 17 they know better. stop trying to give them the benefit of the doubt especially in this day and age. you know what’s wrong and what’s right

That's something that we literally learn in school. He just tried to victimize himself the whole time and it was embarrassing 🫠... and he tried to lie to make it seem like he reached out to you is crazy. Just take accountability for your mistakes. Saying that you're 16 and because of that, you shouldn't face any repercussions for shit you do feels like you're immature as hell. 🤷🏾‍♀ That shit was embarrassing...

It doesn't matter if he's 16 or not. Like you said plagiarism is plagiarism. It's illegal. Teachers won't care if you're 16, it's still a serious offense. This shows how he doesn't take it seriously and he needs to figure it out before he really gets in trouble. You can't just steal people's ideas. He definitely was defensive because he kept throwing the 16 year old, I work minimum wage, I didn't make a penny story over and over. That's the alibi he's prepared from day one it seems. It's not the fact he copied a rainbow.... he copied the exact same color scheme as her website. Like do you mean to tell me there's not a billion other ways the website could have been made with a rainbow? But he just copied her website 100% to the tea. He been following both her pages. He is one of those people that see someone get successful then try to follow the exact recipe to reach where they are. But it's really pathetic when you're unoriginal and just plagiarize someone else's work. And I bet if you see his camera roll, he was exactly trying to replicate her business. Gabi didn't do anything wrong except call out someone for plagiarizing her work, which he clearly was. At 16 years old, he can finally learn plagiarism isn't okay.

Also the fact that he’s saying being 22 is OLD?! BRUHH and he’s also saying to call him little boy bc sir means that you’re old. This kid needs to go to school or sum. People love to say that teenagers don’t know what they are doing. But they DO and instead of giving credit where it’s due. He wants to act like he don’t even know you. When I KNOW he’s been Watchin you for a bit and felt super inspired. There is nun wrong with being inspired, what’s wrong is when you take an idea and don’t ask the person if you can use them as inspiration. If they say yes, you still have to give credit where it is DUE. I’m scared for the future cuz like wtf is going on 😭. But Gabby just know you are doing sum right. He’s trying to weaponize his age, the fact that people support Black males regardless, and his LGBTQ affiliation to silence you. I hate this new wave of kids who try to play in everyone’s face and act oblivious. Had you not “say anything” now and he blew up, he’d still be saying you’re “old” but now clout chasing cause his brand is better and you’re jealous. “You don’t own colors” pissed me off so bad like he’s being obtuse for no reason and to be offended by calling him sir because it’s agin him… that means him calling you old is a derogatory thing and he hasn’t been respectful to you at all cause how is him saying ma’am respectful but you saying sir isn’t? He was tryna be nice nasty and use ma’am as a dig. I hate when stupid people think they’re so clever and everyone else is stupid too. Idk why people, especially our own, think it’s ok to ride the coattails of Black women and steal from them to succeed. I’m not sure if you mentioned it, but if you haven’t already I’d look into trademarking that design (probably did already since you’re selling) and strike up a deal with the artists you use in writing where they give all rights of the drawing to you so they can’t use the same design for others to avoid this.

If you want exclusivity you can discuss a deal with the artist and write up a contract that’s specifies that. It’s sad in the business world a lot of people do not have integrity and they will take full advantage of people that do

@@yassine8935 okay lemme just quicky break down everything you said, first off your talking about the boy got less than 100 orders, this is noones fault and shouldnt be a reason why he is pardoned. Secondly She plastered his face on the internet after he made a video about her, if he had just ignored her fans in his dm due to the fact that he knew he was guilty he made a video filled with bluntant lies saying "how he reached out to her" (he didnt he was blocked) " he didnt know the artist that made her cartoons (he very much did) and more, it would have been better if he had apologised and held himself accountable for his actions instead of trying to victimize himself ( which is probably the reason localblackchild made this video to address it), and Thirdly your saying she should have messaged him, when her fans already messaged him, i bet if this was a random person copying her she would have messaged him and spoke things out but for the fact that he follows her even on her spam means that he been knew about her and knew what he was doing , and why do u think she should have make a post laughing it off, what part of plagarism do u see as a joke, please enlighten me so we can laugh then. And u cant say she loses no money from this as an excuse please whether she lost money or not its wrong to steal multitple things from someone who put hard work and time to their business. It not that hard to atleast renovate some ideas of her but the full on copying is sad.

I’m TIRED of these teens these days acting so bold playing the victim! When he said he’s only 16 and he’s investing all this money and blah blah blah I got flashbacks to when I ordered two bracelets from a small business I saw on tiktok. Months went by & she never sent me a confirmation for tracking & I would comment nicely on her page asking about it, but I see her posting about other ppls orders. I got tired of it and started showing my anger/concern because this girl has my money and I have no items for her. So one day she finally replied back and played the victim saying how she’s so young, she goes to school and practice, her business is helping support her family, she tries to get back to everyone and that I’m bullying her etc. honey, if you’re so young with so many things going on…you should not be doing a business. She didn’t even have her DMS OPEN TO CONTACT HER. You’re a business. I even had a small business while working and going to school too but I always made sure I replied back to people…you’re not wrong at all Gabby. And the cartoon artist shouldn’t have worked with him. If he wants to have a brand and it becoming successful he needs to handle things correctly and bby he's 2 years close to being a young adult. Please don't pull the "I'm just a kid" card. He didn’t know what the hell he wanted to do. Having all these people choose what he should with his business. He obviously did not have the blueprint to his brand like he claim he did. I don’t know why he was hostile he should of took this as a learning lesson because business does not have any exceptions no matter whatever age you are. You will get a big lawsuit slap on your face. I hope he doesn’t age with this mindset along with the people that agree with him. Many of them including himself are missing a few french fries in their burger.

Unless you have a multi-million dollar business and even then it is hard to fight even with good lawyers which costs a fortune to fight with no guarantees you will win so you just have to keep marketing your product and try to keep putting out fresh things people want to consume! 9 out of 10 business ventures fail so you are still winning and should be proud of yourself!
