Yes. Dink was voiced by Frank Oz the same guy who performed Grover. Also Doink was voice by Dave Goelz the same guy who performed Gonzo. I can definitely tell that was Dave voicing Doink because he sounds like a cross between Gonzo and Boober from Fraggle Rock.
