15:17 the same case is with the music,people might not agree but in reality music is a drug,it can be even worse than other drugs sometimes,similarly to music Masterbation is also a drug with severe health consequences,it must be ovided at any cost,most of the time physical or emotional stimiulations can lead us to such issues I think.

Whenever I'm alone I don't listen music. But if someone around me play it then I would say please stop they say what happened to you now when you were used to it.

😢😢Pak Army is busy in Trafficking more Drugs to INDIA ... 2023 almost 9 ton's of total Drug being Caught .. In 2024 6.7 Ton's of Drugs already being caught , jst think how much of Drugs they already sent without getting caught ...😢😢 iTs Horrible totally devastating situation for INDIA .. Drug addiction hurt people physically and mentally, but these days youth is busy in online gaming and streaming which is not less than a drug. i know kids who play 9-10 hrs, they forget everything, food, prayer, parents, even they dont PEE, which impact everyone in the family. i believe parents should try their best not to buy Games and give mobile early . Rest Allah Ho Alam!

Sadly Atleast 90% of people relapse after rehab. Because they come out in same society. So best thing is change your surroundings 100%. If one can afford I should suggest move to some other country. Best and easiest would be middle east because these things don't exist there. I wish this guy doesn't relapses because he is very vonurable still

the sounds he made at @29:02 ,this was exact what I heard ,during sleep paralysis ,some thing was pressing my heard and making these sounds ,cant see it ,when i recited Ayat ul kursi everything vanished slowly and i was back to normal .Note.I am not a drug addict ,never used it before and will never use it .

Literally same thing happened to me ….. about 5 times …… I could not move …. My whole body was pressed by something…. But after reciting ayat Ul kursi and other verses the state fades away ….👀👀….. btw I am not on drugs astugfirullah

@@raialiyan7215 the other time happened to me was different to me than first one .Once during sleep paralysis i can see three shadow figures moving in front of me ,as soon i closed my eyes and open again there a paper wrapper in front of me ,it transformed into a big ass spider and went straight for my head ,i closed eyes and recited ayat ul kursi ,everything vanished .. During another time ,during sleep paralysis my eyes opened i cant move ,there was a dim morning light sweeping through curtain may b around 5 am morning.I was lifted from my bed and flown off in space directly into my room mirror,but as i was able to hit it i transformed back into my my bed ,this loop happened to me three four times until the sleep paralysis broke

Bro i have a friend who has the same problem so i do understand because at some point i also experienced it, i know you guys wont appreciate or even accept my advice but it is something that the brain does to you, i believe in God and his creations like jinn, but this sleep paralysis is a mental condition, please visit a doctor he might be able to help you or otherwise like my friend the worst case scenario will be you’ll sleep in your bed and wake up in your neighbours garden and the way he tells me even give me chills, the memory will haunt you for life, please be safe🤝
