Hello everyone! I enjoyed watching the view of our barangay before I went to get some firewoods in the mountain. It's always raining every afternoon so I need to be fast and go home before it rains. I enjoyed a cup of hot coffee to match the rainy afternoon. The next day, I harvested corn and boiled it. I also cooked palitaw and bicol express with gabi for our dinner. Ben is so lucky to be living peacefully in the beautiful countryside. Away from chaos, noise, pollution and traffic. How I envy him. Living in Manila is stressful.

That kind of rain is just right to enjoy the day and night..not too light and not too heavy..and the thunder! Wow in the backdrop of the countryside..unlike here in the city with the backdrop of traffic and people. Sure I will try to cook your very fresh healthy entrees.
