The general parkour community takes safety very seriously. Failures could mean debilitating injury or sometimes even death. When they're training it's all fun and games but the moment someone gets hurt that all stops immediately

20:38 Whenever I see Toby do some of these super floaty jumps with no effort, it makes those random jumps in AC Unity where you fly a bit farther with some jumps seem a bit more intentional.

I love how Sash always goes in for the challenges. A legend.

Practice, practice and practice and emotions under control in the face of fear. There's no fearlessness, just bravery as he like others know they can do it. Proven to themselves again and again.

I remember learning about parkour when I was in middle school/high school and being SO excited about it and trying to start a parkour group with my friends that fizzled out promptly with no leadership or idea of what we were doing but it makes me really happy to see that parkour as a sport only grew, and that these guys not only found that group of friends to practice with but also (I assume?) made a career out of it. That's so cool, and it makes me want to get back into parkour. I still absolutely love this stuff it turns out!
