Boil some water and dip the hat in it for a few seconds at a time flattening the brim along the edge of your counter until it’s perfectly straight and flat. Makes a huge difference in display bc you look and see the little humps/rounding and it’s supposed to be razor edged

I’m torn because I love Kung Lao, but man the crown of the hat is just so massive. I wish they’d done removable hair so the hat could fit more snugly with a smaller crown.

I enjoy your reviews very much but man do you ever say anything negative about anything you review? Of all the figures to have any comments about, this was one i was expecting to see commented on semi negatively. The bent hat (which makes it look more of a sombrero) out of the box, the unattractive head sculpts, specifically the teeth gritting one.. The figure over all looks relatively good and you and your master posing make anything look good but im just surprised to not see any mention of those downfalls.

Why would you want negativity for and destructive criticism. Just enjoy the review. If you want a negative review you can find another review that suits your needs or do your own where you can just nitpick and cut up the figure. We should be glad we are still getting some kind of Mortal Kombat figures. There is enough negativity on the internet already. Perhaps, all the stuff you mentioned was not an issue for him and its only an issue for you.

@@justinmohan7103 I like pros and cons, I dont like a review for its negativity, but when you say nothing about its flaws, it just seems like everything is great when its not. I enjoy his reviews, it was merely an observation. Everything storm has made has been pretty great overall, but Kung Lao is easily the weakest theyve done. I was just surprised that he didnt mention any of its flaws. Lao is far from "flawless", that is all.

@@EvilHayato Well said. Nothing wrong with criticism. It was a little odd to not mention how warped the hat is. Shame, I was really looking forward to Kung Lao but I might have to pass on this one for most of the reasons you mentioned, as well.

Wing Chun was invented by a woman, not Ip man. Ip Man learned it and is famous for teaching Bruce Lee. The Donnie yen movies are for only entertainment.

Most all of the MK1 ninjas on that original mold had breaks where the wrist ball ports into the arm. It was a known QC issue that was never resolved on that mold.

Kung Lao’s hat looks like a sombrero. Why is it upturned like that? I have nothing against sombreros but its not suppose to be like that for Kung lao. I was hoping to get this one but now I don’t think I will. Its a pass.

Figure looks great, but the hat needs fixing. It looks like it's been warped in the package or something.

Head looks bad as does the hat. Storm shat the bed

I'm not a big MK and Kung Lao fan but I love it when figure's clothing is used as weapons as well like Kung Lao's.

disappointing. I hope son of malebolgia reviews this because he's a huge mortal kombat fan.
